The only thing that let this down was having to go to the depot and leave my car. It would have been much easier if they had offered me an at home service. The technician Grant explained everything fully when I collected my car.

Fantastic service.
Fantastic service to replace smashed windscreen. Operator kept me up to date on the progress of my repair and was done in super quick time, enough time to grab and bacon sandwich and coffee . Would highly recommend.

Scuttle trims were not secured…
Scuttle trims were not secured properly, scuttle area was full of glass shards, which blew up the windscreen the first time I drove the car. I now have a scratch in the screen after not realising that there was a piece of glass sitting on the wiper blade.
The offside front wing is chipped and scratched (it was repainted a week before the windscreen was replaced.
Windscreen washer is not working.
Dashboard has chips from the glass.
