A warning to other consumers.....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! Excuse after excuse after failing to deliver a £500 shower tray on time. Always "someone will call you back" and they never do. Avoid this company at all costs would be my advice.

Wish i'd seem all the negative online reviews prior to ordering!!
Had to cancel an incorrect order, ordered 13th October, cancelled 14th October.
Told up to 30 days for refund to be processed & now it is 5th December & I am still almost £1000 out of pocket 7 weeks later.
They are very poor at answering emails or the phone & despite promises that this will be refunded it still has not been.
Seriously shoddy!!!
Looks like I'm going to have to file a credit card case to get my money back which will take weeks.

Dreadful service. Items didn't arrive when promised and they haven't been answering their phones for three days.

And getting worse and worse. Still not answering emails, have not been refunded.

What a waste of time and effort. Am going to have to take them to court to get a refund.

Edit 16 Jan 2023 still trying to get refund, can't get through on phone, still not replying to emails.

Stay well clear of this shylock/ con artist/ scammer/ pond life.
Takes your money then a no show with the product.
He ignores calls/ emails.
A little surprise is making its way to him in the new year.

Placed an order, had to chase for it to be delivered, it was damaged when it was delivered, now need to talk to someone about returning it I can’t speak to anyone on the phone and I raised a ticket and haven’t had a response within their SLA. Disappointed.
Update - 18/01/22 unbelievably 2 months after I ordered I have had the items delivered again! I now have 2 vanity units (one damaged) and a basin that I don’t require and no way of speaking to anyone to resolve this.
I have a claim in with the bank to hopefully get my money back. Absolute joke and shambles of a company. I find it unbelievable that they’re allowed to trade.
I contacted the manufacturer of the sink that I bought to inform them of what’s happening at one of their retail partners and have contacted several newspapers. Criminal.

Fantastic bathroom cabinet at a great price. Delivery within 48 hours of placing order. Bluetooth speakers work like a dream and the demister pads in the mirror make shaving a breeze for my husband.

I ordered a shower tray on the 21 sept which was in stock and despite several phone calls and 2 promised delivery dates come and go and phone calls not returned it was finally delivered on the 5 oct . its not worth the stress dealing with a company like this .Read the other reviews there is a similar pattern .

Some trouble with the order being delivered, but when I got through to the team they were quick to remedy the situation and get us the item the next day.

Terrible experience. Ordered a tiwel rail and realised too late that they had added £12 delivery charge. Tried to cancel immediately but despite several attempts via emails which were ignored the item was delivered. Repeatedly tried to contact the company via email and phone - no response. Eventually got through to the sales team and was promised that a manager would get back to me. He never did. Instead I received a returns form. Completed that and returned the item. Received the refund but less postage both ways - which was nearly as much as the rail cost. I was very clear that I wanted the postage returned as I clearly tried to cancel immediately after the order. Absolutely disgusting service!

I called to check the lead time and spoke with a really helpful person, I placed my order online with ease, and my delivery came on time and in perfect condition. Perfect service, and really really competitive prices. Would recommend.

Note: the poor reviews on Trustpilot really made me hesitate to order but the price was so good and my experience of customer service when I called wasn't representative of the low rating reviews so I decided to go ahead.
