Do not trust them!
My friend bought a car from them and since then he started to regret his decision. Car was not road safe, with multiple faults which were not mentioned in their advertisement. Absolute unprofessional cowboys! Read all reviews before you want to deal with them!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAMMERS
I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They operate under various business names on AutoTrader, such as "HIGHLAND AUTOS," and filed my warranty under another name, "A45 Trade Centre," which they have used to generate fake positive reviews.
They will ignore email complaints and only responded to my complaint after I sent a recorded letter and initiated legal proceedings, following advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau. I am currently in an ongoing dispute to reclaim my money.
Despite paying a non-refundable deposit and delivery fee based on the salesman's assurance that the vehicle had no mechanical or cosmetic issues (as stated in the AutoTrader listing), the car arrived in appalling condition. It had clearly been in an accident with structural damage, which they attempted to conceal. The grill, crash bar, air conditioning unit, radiator, and registration plate were all damaged. Additionally, the gearbox requires a costly mechatronic repair and clutch replacement, estimated at £2,400. Other issues included a broken passenger seat, faulty reverse light, broken driver’s sun visor, and a damaged tow bar.
The warranty document falsely claimed that an MOT and service were completed the day after purchase. This situation has been reported to Trading Standards, the Police Fraud Team, Citizens Advice Bureau, Martin Lewis, and WatchDog.
Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Got a bargain Honda Prelude from these guys. Very happy with the sales process. Guy was very honest and did advise to get it serviced which i did and the car is fantastic

Absolute disgrace of a company!!
Absolute disgrace of a company!!!
Bought a car at the end of June that I paid 6k for only to get it home an 2 days later it was in the garage for 3 weeks needing a brand new gearbox at the cost of 3k. When I spoke to them was told to email the complaints department, after sending several emails to get it resolved no communication was recieved. Also they use disappearing messages so if you do decide to use them make sure you screen shot everything.
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!
Do not buy a car from these guys unless you want your car to blow up a few days later. Absolutely awful customer service very rude and ignorant. When trying to get back in touch with them they had ignored and then blocked me. Clearly knowing they had sold me an unreliable car. Absolute worse car buying experience in my life all false advertisement, lies and receipts of parts that had never been added to the car. Avoid buying a car from these guys like the plague!

100% recommended
Anything I requested, I was given. This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from these guys now and all I have to say is amazing customer service by all staff I had dealing with me. Especially Mel & Adam, they dealt with my wants and needs perfectly. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.
I visited the staffordshire branch first and then the Shropshire brand for our second vehicle. They couldn’t have done more to make me and my family happy and comfortable. Amazing!

First time buying a car on line
First time buying a car on line, I was a bit sceptical about it to be honest. The Whitchurch branch were brilliant a detailed walk round video, and then I asked for a test drive video a bit unusual but again this was done for me. However I was still hesitant having never bought a car in this manner before so I asked if I could pay a deposit the vehicle could be delivered to me and if it was as described I would complete the purchase, again they agreed to this request, which put my mind at ease. A fresh MOT and a valet was carried out on the Suzuki swift prior to delivery on a date agreed. I was kept informed about delivery date and time. Arrived on time, the car was test drove and everything was as described. A very honest, professional, patient and polite transaction.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk. I bought a BMW 760 and had it delivered. When it turned up(4 hours late) the delivery driver got it stuck on the truck for 90 mins, when it was finally released the battery had been changed for an old useless one, there were multiple dash lights and petrol was leaking a lot as soon as the ignition was turned on. Someone had clearly been in the boot and disconnected wires and several modules. There were multiple other issues. Not impressed.
Lying, unprofessional cowboys.
I will DEFINITELY not be using them again. I wouldn't buy a toy car from them.

Staffordshire brabch
Went to see a Ford focus st. I knew the car was previously a cat s write off. I bought the report for when it was written off and the pictures so I knew what happened, I then asked nationwide car auctions Staffordshire branch if they knew anything about the accident. They said no but it has been fixed professionally. I traveled nearly 100 miles to see the car to find out nmwhen I got there that the previous owner had "fixed" the car not a professional garage. Upon looking under the bonnet the sub frame was all smashed up and held together with cable ties and then I ran a diagnostics check and it had several faults. The persons attitude was its a low milage car for a low price and that I should just accept it has structural damage yet they still wanted 6.5k for a 10 year old car.

I bought a Audi A3 2 days ago
I bought a Audi A3 2 days ago, I was allowed a long test drive and for the price I was getting it for was in my budget and was the colour I wanted , warranty I was told was not included but had option to buy with a third party which I declined as the car drove fine , I just come back from a long drive to London and no issues , so five star review for being honest and no high pressure sales

Nationwide Car Auctions LTD - Do not ever buy a car from them!!!
Purchased a car from Nationwide Car Auctions LTD off the website motors.co.uk. 3 days after purchasing the car, the engine management light came on. Diagnosed as a new gearbox. Ended up having to put a new gearbox in the car at cost of £2000. Contacted Nationwide Car Auctions LTD explaining this matter to them. All correspondence by e:mail, no telephone support. Advised me i had no consumer rights. No help at all, just dismissed my concerns. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. Do not ever buy a car from Nationwide Car Auctions LTD. They trade under the domain names nationwidecaruactions.co.uk and auctioncarsbuynow.co.uk. I'm reporting them to trading standards. Do not have dealings with this company.
