The folks at Nationwide were great and the headstone was exactly what we were hoping to have. It took quite a bit of time, the custom stone is understandable but it would have been easier on me if I had a primary contact from the beginning.

Everyone at Nationwide was very helpful in so many ways! This is one company who won't "get you" during a time when you are the most vulnerable! Speaks volumes for their character!!!

My Mom passed away in February of 2015 and she was buried that month. The headstone for my fathers grave and hers was already done the only thing they had to do was put the date of death on the headstone. They told me they would have to wait until April or May because the ground had to be dry to get in there and fix it. Well April went by, then May, then June , July, then August and September. After several calls and telling them to refund my money which I had to pay up front they got it done. It was ridiculous the excuses and then they just forgot about it. I would never suggest that anyone use this company.

These guys did a great job of helping me design my daughter's headstone. They didn't cause me extra stress. They fixed anything that needed to be done without a problem. They were professional, yet personal at the same time. I would use their services again. They are honest and caring!

Nationwide Monument made sure that I was completely satisfied with my order. The final product was remarkable. I am very impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this company.

VERY AFFORDABLE AND GREAT WORK DONE ON MY FATHERS HEADSTONE

I was a little hesitant using a company online, but this experience was great from beginning to end! My product was completed sooner than I expected and when there was a dicrepancy with the size of my base stone, Nationwide took care of it immediately. Easy way to look through tombstones and monuments. I love that I could create my own and actually look at it the people at national are the greatest especially Megan who cared and took care of everything . The upright was delivered cross country she found a company to set everything up and it was perfect. Craftsmanship outstanding. Flawless.

I was not interested in the usual head stone choices so I sent them a picture of what I wanted and asked if it could be made. They said sure just send it to us. Well it was better than I could have ever anticipated. If you want something special they are the ones to make it. Very happy with the headstone!

My only complaint is that the book of the bible "Matthew" was spelled "Mathew". I did get an opportunity to proof read it, however I don't remember if it was mispelled there. I assumed they would have caught it. With that being said, the quality was great!

Stone was beautiful. It had to be shipped out of state and everything went smoothly and on time. Thank you for a worry free experience provided at a difficult time. It was truly appreciated.

They worked hard to get me a stone that really meant something to me for my angel baby. It turned out so lovely a butterfly with our handprints surrounding it. Thanks for going the extra mile for us.
