do NOT buy from this website

Ordered from the website after seeing a few Instagram ads. It took about two weeks for my items to arrive. The track and trace was not updated regulary. The quality of the clothes is worse than Shein. It does not look like the pictures at all and the clothes feel really cheap. I contacted costumer sercive immediately after opening my package but they try to look for a "solution" at first. The first option is paying back 20% and keeping the clothes, the second option is 50% off your next delivery. If you refuse, they tell you to ship the items back to China on your own account. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

Scammed! Do not buy from the Essential Amsterdam website

The dress that was delivered was completely different from the pictures. The quality was really cheap, color was not the same, and the product itself does not live up to expectations. The website deletes all the bad comments as well and only leaves the good ones so it is a huge scam. Website also lies about their efficiency with delivering within 24 hours.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
This is a total scam. The products do not correspond to the pictures and the quality is very bad. I tried to return it but apparently you need to ship it to china on your own cost. Another option is to get 30% discount on your next purchase. LOL....why would I want to purchase again if I do not like your products? I wish I checked some more reviews before buying.

Essential Amsterdam is a Scam – Horrible Quality and Unfair Return Policy

Absolutely do not order from Essential Amsterdam! This company is a complete scam. It took almost four weeks for my dress to arrive, and when it finally did, the quality was atrocious for the price. To make matters worse, the dress was missing the top layer of fabric!

Their items are produced and shipped from a warehouse in China, and if you want a refund, you have to return the item to China. The return shipping costs more than the dress itself.

Save your money and avoid Essential Amsterdam at all costs. They are untrustworthy and their products are a rip-off.
