Not happy. Doesn't even work properly on tiles. No go on my carpet.

I have managed to contact the company and they gave me their address to return it. Trouble is, the courier wants a local contact number in China. Anyone managed to find it?
DO NOT BUY. I thought it was a UK company to be honest as they accept GBP so they must be represented in the UK by a company.

They are total scam artists. They promised me a worldwide tv channel receiver but sent me a casting device that is of no use to me.
On contacting them, they insist that I ordered the casting device and that if I was not happy, I could return the item to them and that they would “refund” the amount to me.
Reading the earlier reviews I realize that I am never getting my money back.
They should be banned from advertising their products on social media.

Do not buy anything from this company!! Their so called plug in energy saving heater almost burnt my house down!!
Try to return and its got to go back to China unopened and unused!! Cost more to send and unlikely to get a refund! When are these companies going to be held responsible??!!

Took £49 from me for a useless item that is not even worth 49p. DO NOT part with any money to these scammers as you will not receive anything. BEWARE

As every other review states, this is just another scam company, lots of promises for refund but they never materialises, so you never see any money, also they insist you send the item back to China at your costs, just throwing good money after bad. Suggest you save your money and don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I purchased some knives for US$162 and never received. They promised to return money after checking with "relevant department" and so on.
After 2 months I went to my Bank and ask to get account No and address of the Company thru their Bank.
One week later I've got my money back!
Another advice is to contact Microsoft to forbid adds, because they advertise on Microsoft platforms.

Native Discount should be removed from the internet to save people from their scamming practices for selling their products on line that never work.
I tried to cancel my order the same day I ordered it. They emailed me back they would look into it, I then got a notification my account had been charged. I asked why they charged and shipped the order after I cancelled the order. They replied I could return the item for a refund. I never received a return address.Based on the cost to returned the item and a refund I would never get. I took the lowest cost of the scam $49 and chucked it in the recycling bin.

Good afternoon. My experience with a company called Native Discount.

One: Thermaly Heaters for sale (a revolutionary new type of heater which plugs into a socket and heats a room quickly - 47 square-metres in 60 seconds).
The advertisement caught my eye, and I ordered one (59 euros) from a company calling itself Native Discount.
Two: The heater arrived via DHL transport. The heater heated nothing at all. Either it was defective, or was a fake.
Three: I contacted the supplier to say that I wished to return the appliance to them and that I wanted a refund.
Four: Native Discount replied saying I could get a full refund if, at my expense, I sent the appliance, unused and sealed in its original packing, to an address in China. (I had to try it out, so impossible to send it back unused. The appliance, incidentally, arrived in a package that had already been opened) If I was not happy to do this, they would give me a 30% refund. (the cost of sending the appliance to China would have been nearly as much as the amount I paid for the appliance in the first place)
Five: I pointed out that they had a moral obligation to give me a full refund. (a reputable company would refund me immediately) It was, I said, up to them to arrange for DHL to pick the appliance up and return it to them.
Six: I asked them to reveal their address in the U.K. (They have a U.K. telephone number). They have not done this. The Chinese address is as follows:

Order #ND60551 The goods have not been delivered, and when I ask for a refund, I get answers to be patient.

I ordered the Robot cleaner and after reading reviews decided to cancel my order I have to say they did answer all my emails and have now refunded my money in full so relieved so thank you NativeDiscount for listening to me.

They seemed to be legit by sending me details of shipping and tracking, but surpruse surprise they said it was delivered when I had not received anything. Emails back and forth for refund but could eventually only refund me 50 percent as they said that they had lost out as well and blamed the courier. Eventually I contacted my bank and gave them the details of the emails and my full refund was in the bank next morning. SCAMMERS

Robot Vacuum cleaner is no bigger than a toy. No returns slip and instructions in chinese. This is a fraud and I have contacted my bank for a recharge to my debit card. At £83.99 including 3 years guarantee I cant believe Ive been taken in by this scam. The web site contains other products and plenty of advice NOT to buy.

Received cable for satellite TV.Immediately returned it as no instructions.Useless anyway.Virtually impossible to contact them.When they did respond told me to send it back & when they receive it will get my refund.I am still waiting!Last communication they sent by email was in french!They need locking up!

They don't even deserve one star! My dad bought two of their "magical" TV things promising 100's of free channels in early December. What eventually arrived was cheap tat from China that didn't even work. Contact with them was very difficult and they wouldn't reply. Total SCAMMERS. I opened a chargeback and won. I suggest others do the same.

Did not receive what was advertised, told I could send it back at my cost opted for 30% refund. I have still not received this and keep getting told they will chase it up been 6 weeks now. Do not use it is a scam

I bought a fire stick which I returned a few days later because there were very little in the way of instructions and I just couldn’t fathom it out. I returned it early Dec and still haven’t had a refund. As well as that they’ve taken 2 payments of £9.00 on top of that. I’ve written at least a half a dizen times and they tell me I’ll get my refund when it arrives at the warehouse. DONT BUY FROM NATIVE DISCOUNTS ITS A SCAM

Robot Cleaner is small, cheap, and flimsy. Kept crashing into furniture and stalled. Stopped moving, making just a clicking sound. Very likely has stripped its gears.
So it's not fit for purpose, and additionally not as advertised.
Do not do any business with these shysters.
A refund is conditional on returning it “unused” (how would I know it is defective if I hadn't used it?) and will cost almost one third of the purchase price. Also, no carrier will take it with batteries included.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! It is definitely the MOST unscrupulous and fraudulent company I have EVER come across on the internet. Unfortunately, this site does not permit me to give them a rating of 0 stars! When I received the item I ordered (called TV Evolution and TV Cast in their ads and sold for €49.99) on 17/7/2023, it did nothing that it was supposed to do (“providing access to over a thousand channels, internet connectivity, music and hundreds of games”). The so-called “advertorial” that touted it is called TECHNO MAG and the “journalists” who author them have names that are changed on a regular basis (currently ((15/01/2024)) someone named Gabriel Bertho). When I contacted the company (called Native Discount Orders) to complain, I was told that, if I wanted, I could receive a 30% refund without having to return the product. I declined and said I would prefer to return the product and receive a full refund. I was given the following address:

I sent the product back by certified mail (paying 15€ to ensure tracking as certified mail) on 20/7/2023 and sent Native Discount an email giving them the tracking number of the certified package, which they acknowledged.
THREE MONTHS LATER, I followed up, emailing them to inquire whether the had received the package yet, the response was that they hadńt.
On 13/11/2023, I was informed by the Postal Service that the addressee had refused to accept the certified package which was now being sent back.
Upon being told of this, the company reiterated their offer of refunding 30% of the purchase price so that I wouldn’t have to resend the product back to THE SAME address!
On 11/1/2024, I received another message telling me not to worry because she (supposedly someone named Alice -with the title of “support manager”) had “forwarded your case to the team in charge of urgent cases. Your request will be dealt with and resolved as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Sincerely How would you rate my reply?” !!!
Clearly, these con artists have no intention of refunding ANYTHING, so I’m now undertaking to inform everyone that THIS IS A SCAM so that, hopefully, no one falls pray to these unscrupulous Chinese in future.
