Ordered a product from this website and have not received any product yet, tried to contact them and get money back but could only get 15% when return the product, but since never receive anything can not return it. after a while they confirm it is sent but on tracking nothing is sent from them. this is a scam and will not recommend anyone to buy anything from this site. will never get the money back nor product.

I have read all the reviews and I was doubtful I would receive my order but I have along with a 50% discount.

I am using it and hopefully it will do what is supposed to do.

This company is a complete scam I'm reporting them ACCC.
NO customer service at all.

Order place and paid on the 12/3/2023, send seversl emails to their support no reply, they thank you for your order, give number but this means nothing, no service, my view is this us a scam, very bad because lost over R1 600

I order a product ..and payed over 200 EUR..now after 6 weeks still not delivered ..

After not receiving my order & no customer service or response, I investigated them online and found sooo many people who never received their orders from Natively Health. In my book it is enough proof to confirm my gut feeling that they are a scam! Their actions harm legit online businesses as once you are scammed you step back from ordering online!
I give them zero stars & hope they are soon prosecuted & permanently banned from online business.

Placed and paid for a product on the 8th of February. According to them it was shipped and given to the postal services. Have not received my parcel and is unable to trace it. They are unable to assist. Money down the drain.

My grandmother bought a product she is not interested in. And when you try to contact the US and international hotline you are being met by a coworker who does not talk English only Spanish. An then the only way to contact them is by email which we had tried. This is not okay! Do not by anything from this company!

Avoid at all costs

Please do Not buy from this company. They had an offer until the 12th march for extra bottles 3 x 2. Original price around 300 kr. I was then billed for over 1600 kr. When I went back onto the site the offer was gone and showed 'Error' and could not find the offer anymore. I have contacted my bank and visa. I did not even 'godkend' as I would have to use my Mitid. I am new contacting a lawyer. I am so sorry to you all that have also been scammed. This offer was until the 12th of March and I apparently ordered it that day.

How many days can I receive the product after purchasing it?
I'm curious because they didn't tell me the arrival date of the product.
I want to receive the product as soon as possible.

Hold jer langt væk I made an order the 8th of Jan 2023 and 275 euro was immedetely drawn from my credit card, but i cancel my order again just after. The day after they confirm that the order has been sent, but I wrote and email and told Them that I had cancel the order and wanted to return the items, but they told me that i could g’et a 50% discount if i kept the order og i could pay 15% plus shopping cost. I decided to keep it , but because my card has been stolen and i had to cancel it , i asked Them to pay the refund to another card, but thats not possible. So now im 275 euro poor and now and i didnt even get my package yet. Really really bad service,. Dont buy anything from www.nativelyhealth.
