I highly recommend trying this honey. It has a rich herbal flavour, a smooth, velvety texture, and a distinctive aroma. It evokes childhood memories of a time when most of the food we consumed was locally sourced and full of natural character. I purchased the pack containing three different varieties, which is an excellent way to explore the range and discover your favourite.
The honey is beautifully thick and smooth but good that it is not solid so still spreadable. The Heathland has an especially rich and deep flavour unlike any honey I've taste before. Definitely recommend trying.

I've tried two different types of honey from natives: Spring Tarland and Heathland Ballater, both have very rich taste, first one lighter and more viscous and latter darker and more runny. Experience was great, to try it on piece of a toast with tea, would recommend to try!
