I use Copenhagen products. I usually purchase them 2 rolls at a time. My preferred products are frequently unavailable. Sometimes for weeks. This has forced me to find other vendors. Additionally, delivery frequently takes 10 days from date of order. That seems a bit long considering the current deliver-to-home models operating right now. Otherwise the service and payment system works without a hitch. And my queries to the website have been answered quickly. These small improvements could help establish long term and loyal customers. Ground shipping, awful
I am extremely disappointed that free shipping means ground, I have been waiting for my order for 3 weeks.
It started first that I was going to etransfer money, I did that 3 times and they didn't accept the etransfer.
Then they cancelled my order.
Next made a new order and used credit card to ensure the payment gets received right away.
Then I spend $150 and they ship it ground.
I needed these 2 weeks ago.
I have tried lots of sites and every other one ships air. I usually get the order within 3-4 days.
