The customer staff has been wonderful and extremely helpful. The treads I bought were of good quality; however, they did not match my color scheme as I had hoped. So i had to return them but not because of any negative issue with the treads or the company. Would definitely order again!

Wonderful service and timely delivery with a quality product as always. My five rugs arrived and were hand-delivered to my doorstep. They were wrapped several times so that the rugs were protected from travel dirt and damage. They look exactly right down to the inch of the custom measurement. Highly recommend.

I ordered two of the wool/sisal area rugs for my large great room. I am very pleased with my purchase. They are nice quality rugs. The wool/sisal is softer under the feet than other sisal rugs. I received excellent customer service. The samples I ordered arrived at my door in two days.

This company's products are beautiful and well-made. Their customer service is excellent, from my experience. One representative really went out of her way to work with me to custom make exactly the rug I was looking for when the standard size had gone out of stock, and made sure the price was reasonable compared to the vendor I had been looking to purchase the standard version of the product from. I was very impressed and pleased with the result!

Greatly appreciated the rug being wrapped in a protective thick/plastic paper! Rug is beautiful and can't wait to show it off during the holidays :)

recommended by a friend, I bought a seagrass rug for a client to use as a base under a smaller patterned rug. It's perfect. It doesn't look 'beachy', it isn't too casual, it's just an elegant, not highly visible addition to building a room. Fairly quick on the shipping as well. Prices are very good. Thanks so much! The company allowed us to return a rug that didn't work for our room. We did this be driving to the warehouse by appointment. We already chose another rug that was suggested on our phone call. The new rug worked perfectly and cost us less money.
