I don't know if it's because I tend to grip things tightly, or just that the spatula is thin, but I unfortunately snapped the end off on the first use. However, I have glued it back together and will give it another go. I mainly purchased it to ensure I don't overuse the product, so once I am used to the amount needed, I will probably just use my fingers.

Never been a fan of using my fingers reaching into a pod of skin care products or things like that. Spatula makes it very easy to just get the right amount of balm out of the pod. I can also reach every corner so nothing goes to waste.
