Loved the sample idea! When I then ordered a full size, my lemon balm had all lumps in which was disappointing. I spoke to customer service and promptly received a new balm, this one was much smoother and shows the first one I received was just not mixed properly, please with 2nd product, smooth, lovely smell and works all day. Thanks for the great product and customer service !

Found this deodorant on Amazon a while ago, really happy with it. I’m much happier to be buying direct. Love all the scents especially this one and Lavender. One less plastic and harmful product in the house which is definitely a win-win.

The granular lumps in the mix feel horrible to rub into and across my skin. I’m very disappointed as having hard granular lumps in the mixture is not something that one associates with feeling clean, fresh and fragrant! I won’t buy this again which is a shame as the fragrance is nice and the product is effective.

I found this product a little grainy but it smells amazing and it works well. The "grains" are small particles that do melt with the heat of your skin so not a problem. I love the packaging and the fact that it's in a jar is good for recycling but it would be great if the company would do refills. I have used the other deodorants this company makes and I fully recommend them. I would never go back to sprays or roll-ons again.

I really like the smell. The only problem was the texture - there were hard "grains" in it, which I've not come across before ( I've had these deodorants before). I wonder if it's anything to do with the very warm weather round the time I bought it.

Product smells beautiful and is easy-ish to apply BUT it’s very very grainy and I’m not keen. Will still use natural deo as I lived the sensitive one, will go back to that as no grainy texture from that.
