Fast delivery and their customer service is extraordinary. Whenever I have had an issue, like a damaged product etc they just send a replacement out which I usually receive next day.
They answer emails same day usually and yes I just can’t fault them. Brilliant company!

I’m a nutritional therapist and I have been ordering from Natural Dispensary for years as well as directing my clients to their web shop. However, my last order never turned up. I had to chase them and requested proof of delivery which was never provided, I was only told that the courier said it had been left with one of my neighbours (no specifics either). I was abroad for a few weeks and then my neighbour was not around so it got tricky but when my neighbour was back he advised that he had not received my parcel. I told Natural Dispensary this and asked them to send me a replacement parcel. The response I got was that too much time passed and they cannot do anything!!! Bear in mind that I told them I was out of the country and could t check with my neighbour.
Given that I have been a loyal customer for years this was a very poor service to receive!!! Additionally, I had my own e-commerce company and no matter if the customer was right or wrong I always made sure the customers were happy and as a result I had a very successful business.
The customer service at Natural Dispensary is extremely poor. When things work well that ok but as soon as there is an issue expect the worse from them!
I would seriously advise to shop elsewhere from reputable companies like Cytoplan, BioCare, NutriAdvance instead.
Long-term they will pay for their poor customer service

Was recommended this site and the products I ordered by my chiropractor. I could have saved a bit of money going to other online stores but went with the recommended brands and was not disappointed, order came next day. Gladly order from here again.

I always use my work address for online shopping and I didn't have any problem receiving my first two orders sent via Royal Mail.
My third order in September, however, was sent via Yodel despite their website explicitly stating they use Royal Mail Track 48. Yodel lost my parcel insisting they dropped it at the address, without any proof of delivery.
I had to speak to, chase customer service and submit a hand written form to claim the lost order to get a replacement sent, of course using RM. The CS agent promised they will put a block on use if Yodel on my account.

Now in October, I placed another order with a clear note to use Royal Mail, do not to use Yodel.
Same day, I received a notification that the order is with Yodel, again!!!
There is some serious flaw with their order management system or the communication with the warehouse.
Luckily the parcel was delivered this time but I am ordering supplements for health not playing with a Russian roulette. I don't need any thrill or uncertainty that order may or may not be delivered.
After I complained they have made another note to block Yodel from my orders.

I know I should not use them based on my previous experience years ago; however, I placed an order anyway over the weekend.

I changed my mind and I sent an e mail for to cancel the order as their website said that it was possible if the shipment had not been sent out.

I followed up with a call phone first thing Monday morning but I was told that the items had been shipped. At 09:00 on Monday morning when their office just opened after the weekend?

The next day, the DHL tracking screen still showed that the item had not been received by them so I called the company again. I was told that they did ship the items after 10:00 on Monday, so clearly, they did not ship the parcel when I called last time. The lady on the phone said that they did not want to bother to find my parcel as there were simply too many parcels. Both ladies repeatedly told me to send the items back if I did not want to them.

Thankfully, the items were delivered even though the DHL person buzzed and left them without waiting for me to collect them from him. I was very uncomfortable about this and their notification message of the time slot for the delivery with the statement that they would leave the items if you were not at home. I did pay extra to ensure safe delivery and you just specify time without asking my availability and decide to leave it outside the building if or when I am not around? Unbelievable.

I was disappointed by the shopping experience due to the poor quality of the delivery service and relatively unpleasant conversations with very defensive and incorporative staff from the company.

The lesson learnt: perhaps, if there are different suppliers, you might want to try them first.

Various orders placed with them, always processed very quickly and accurately, great service.

Not always the cheapest but they stock good quality products... see if you can get a discount code from your healthcare practitioner.

Incredible customer service! When I had an incorrect item delivered, they corrected it so fast without any extra admin or expense to me.

I had ordered products from this company before and had corrected it on the system.
For some reason the last order went to a former adress that I hadn't used for nearly a year.
I lost over £70 and didn't receive my products.

They didn't show any willingness to correct this.
Won't be using this company ever again and don't recommend it.

Put a fairly big order through and the status said that the package was delivered when it hadn't arrived at all, and I was home all day on the day of said delivery. Tried following up by email and phone and the response I received was really poor with very little effort at any customer service. Apparently I need to wait 48 hours for them to even let me know what's going on. Not impressed and won't be using this firm again. Stop blaming couriers when you're the firm choosing to work with them. Take some responsibility to put this right instead of keeping me waiting for days before bothering to contact me. Other firms would simply send out another package and take care of the rest. This firm wanted me to know they wouldn't look at a refund until speaking with the delivery firm. I get that, how about some customer service though?

I’ve been using the natural dispenser for over a decade. They are fantastic! I moved to the Scottish highlands a couple of years ago thinking “they can’t keep up delivery times to here” oh aye they can! Unbelievable, almost always next day delivery with no charges. Cannae beat em!
