Very friendly service, order ready for collection on arrival. Disappointed with website as it made me believe orders over £35 would be delivered locally for free. After placing order I was informed I would have to collect!

The air dried venison is a real hit with our greyhound who needs a gluten free diet. It comes in several varieties, all of which she likes, and we are currently trying out the ones with glucosamine for her joints and there is no hesitation when she wolfs these down - unlike the other joint chews we've tried. We are trying the honey and banana biscuits - also gluten free, and she's partial to these too! Highly recommend. Also speed of delivery was good.

Speedy service and delivery. No sooner had I put in my order than I hd a call to clarify something on it.
Order arrived promptly and was appropriately packaged - not so much that it was wasted and not so little that anything arrived damaged.

Products are as described and my dogs are throughly enjoying them. Some samples were also received which is great as sometimes I pass on a new product because I don't know how big it is/is it easy to break up/how long will it last.

Will be ordering again.

Everything I have ordered has been of excellent quality and delivery is always excellent. Willow has loved everything but her favourites are the chicken sticks and chicken training treats. Would highly recommend using Natural Dog.
