Extremely bad company and a total lack of communication. Bought a pair of shoes on 6/11/2025, but I haven't received them yet and now it's 19/1/2026! No shoes and no money back.
They seem to have a different name now as well, 'Baretrail' so a big warning!!
Absolutely terrible ! Cheap Chinese product but all the marketing makes them look like they are quality. Shoes are incorrectly sized and too small and I was told returns are not possible for this kind of issue. Disgusted with this company. Swore blind the last time I bought a product from China that is never do it again but I fell for the marketing. Stupid stupid stupid !!! Just don’t do it ! Learn from my mistake
