I recently made a purchase of ground flaxseed. I had a couple of reasons for this. The first is that it forms a part of the Budwig Diet which helps me with my cancer treatment. Just enter the name on-line and you'll see what I mean. The other reason is that it is full of fibre and I wanted it to relieve my constipation caused by the chemo- it certainly worked. It's very versatile and can be added to your breakfast cereal etc. I understand that it might have the potential to reduce levels of radiation in our bodies from repeated x-rays etc. but don't quote me on that. It is only speculation at the moment but who knows. The product is just as I expected, at a fair price, delivered very quickly - just what the doctor ordered.

I found Natural Ground Health Products on the internet. The order process was straightforward and clear. Their payment process is through Paypal and the order arrived when it was supposed to. The packaging was not in good shape, so it was lucky that the container inside was a plastic sealed container.
