Got say this place is very professional very friendly and I’m extremely happy with my teeth and my hair the surgery was painless compared to the other client I’ve been to that was very painful the the Dentist sena was very good very professional Anis and Ibraham was my Translators they ware very nice and helpful
Overall everyone that works there are very nice and helpful got to say natural client is a place I highly recommended this place

Have you ever planned the change of your life for a half of year?Take a holiday from work,book fly tickets (Ireland -Turkey),luggages,follow up with the clinic ,agree with the doctor(rinoplasty) and the date,pay the deposit,follow up all the medical advices given before the surgery?Having a package included with the hotel and transportation?Emotion and excitement?Thinking you are in good hands?Let me tell you how my choice for Natural Clinc distoyed this in one second.All was as I planned until I arrived to the clinic. They pick me from the location,brought us (me and my husband) to the Clinic just to tell us very “naturally” after the check up (just a touch of nose made by a miss Busra that my surgery will be on 28 june (4 days after the date I booked )and with a diffrent doctor.In their own sistem my booking,date and doctor were correct.She was even telling us she is trying to help us.Help ?I booked a date and a doctor and they offered me totally diffrent,ingoring the fact that I have my own plans and I will have to fly back on 1 july back to Ireland.Much more,she advised that is ok to fly in the 3 rd day after the surgery. Not even checking the package that I had or other informations about me.It looked like it was her choice,not mine to make.We lost half of day,waiting in the office for diffrent people to come and talk with us.(by the way ,only one of them was speaking english,and was not the manager,or Miss Busra,or the guy that was smiling while I was trying to figure out this tragedy,but the hostess was the only that was speaking english and she was too busy to run away from the office and deal with other customers.The result was the same:diffrent doctor and maybe the date I chosse initialy.At the end of this bargain,I just wanted my deposit back and I just left dispointed.Never in my life I couldn t image that you can fell this way in such a well advertised clinic.Like in a bazar.Even there people know better what hospitality means.

Natural Clinic is an amazing facility. I am from Canada and this is my first time in Turkey, this clinic provided me with superior service, I always had a translator by my side throughout the whole dental process and during all my procedures. The professionalism by all staff was superb. I received first class service from natural from the airport in the city and back to the airport. Thanks Natural for taking care of me and my stay in Turkey.

My hair stylist told me about this company as he’d planned to travel there to get his teeth fixed. I liked their before and after pics and the price for their dental procedures so I decided to pay a deposit and considered going with him. I was told by Mustafa, the “Natural Clinic Rep” that in order to secure the discounted price for the dental procedure I’d have to put down half of the price of the procedure ($2,500). The total for the procedure would be $5,000.
I got over excited and payed the $2,500 deposit only after a couple days of deliberating. At that point I still had no clear idea of when I’d be traveling to Turkey, so I didn’t actually make the appointment and I did not receive a scheduled date for the procedure. I received a certificate verifying that I had paid $2,500 and secured the discounted price of $5,000 for the dental procedure.
Less than a week later I realized that it wasn’t a good idea to travel overseas for such a vain reason during the middle of the COVID pandemic. In addition, my hair stylist recommended that I DO NOT send them money until I had purchased my flight. Besides, I’ve been blessed with naturally beautiful teeth. So I immediately reached out to Mustafa and informed him of my decision to cancel all together and requested my $2,500 deposit to be returned to me. First he tried to talk me into going through with the procedure even though I had a clear “Absolutely NOT”.
Then when his persuasion didn’t work,
he claimed that I could not receive my deposit refund until one year after the date I paid the deposit. This really upset me, as I had never heard of that policy at all anywhere, ever. I’ve had past experience with procedures, even overseas in other countries. I asked several times if I could speak to his supervisor or manager and he said he would have him call me. I never received a call back or a follow up message from either one of them. I tried a few more times in the following weeks without any success.
Exactly One year from my paid deposit date, I reached back out again to the Natural Clinic rep, Mustafa, to request my $2,500 deposit refund.
I presented my deposit certificate and a photo of my passport and he said that they would start working on the refund process, but could not give me a time frame in which I would actually receive it.
One week passed and I hadn’t heard anything from Natural Clinic or their rep, so I reached back out to him. He only gave excuses and kept misleading me, saying that it was being processed and I would receive it “as soon as possible”. This went on for weeks. I asked for the contact information for his supervisor or boss and he said he couldn’t give me such info. This back and forth went on for more weeks. I realized that they were lying to me and never intended to refund me the $2,500 deposit. This really infuriated me.

The last time I spoke to Mustafa was 6 months after I was supposed to receive my deposit refund. On that last call I wouldn’t accept his bullsh*t excuses and he yelled and swore at me, called me names that I cannot even repeat here and then he hung up the phone. Since then, I’ve called his phone multiple times and he has not answered my calls.
I also reached out to the Natural Clinic office via phone, email and instagram. Not one single person has answered my calls or responded to my email or social media inquiries.
I’m extremely furious and frustrated. This company is fake and full of con artists. It’s unbelievable that this can even happen. I know they’re taking advantage of the fact that I live in the U.S. I highly discourage anyone from giving them your business or money. YOU ARE NOT SAFE WITH OR RESPECTED BY THIS FAKE COMPANY.
They’ve left me with no other option but to drag them on social media in hopes that I will begin a movement to force them to give me my $2,500 deposit refund. It is now 18 months after I paid my deposit- 6 months after they claimed I will get my deposit refund. STILL NOTHING.
I know they will not get far and I hope no one else is abused by them. In the end they will definitely get what they put out. I AM LOVE. AND LOVE ALWAYS WINS.

I did hair transplant surgery at Natural Hair Clinic at Turkey and was found good surgery with experience doctor which resulted successfull growing up the hair and also friendly service by staff as well

My medical consultant Hiba Ayachi is so good, very polite and caring. She listens to you and answers all your questions. She made my trip to Turkey for my treatment easy, She is a star.This clinic was very clean, they treated me with so much care. My dental treatment was done perfectly, I love it. They picked me from the airport when i landed from England, dropped me everyday to my dental appointment and back to my hotel. Their customer service was topnotch. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I just had my procedure done 5 days ago here with Natural clinic,friendly staff. Tarek Al Alamer was great about answering all the questions from the beginning to the end and setting the appointment, he was available to help anytime of day. Looking forward to see my full hair and I will definitely recommend them. I will do another review in 6 months to keep you guys posted. Thank you to all stuff who work in Natural clinic.

I literally can't say enough good things about this place and i love the staff that i see when I'm in for Hair transplant . Always super kind, professional, and make an environment that i feel comfortable in.

The natural hair clinic is proficient
I had a hair transplant by a different clinic which was poorly done. So I contacted Mr. Sajeel Murad at the natural hair clinic for consultation in January 2022. In comparison to the other clinic, the natural clinic is cleaner, more professional, and more efficient.

Now 6 months later, my head is full of hair. Also, after my procedure with the other clinic, no one followed up with me or gave me feedback but with this clinic, I got 6 monthly follow-ups. I did recommend this clinic to a friend of mine and would recommend it again.

Went to the clinic in Istanbul around 7 months ago everything from as soon as I landed was brilliant great service and great results life changing

I had a beard implant made by natural clinic in may this year. I was very satisfied by the service they offer. Everything was perfectly organized by my consultant Sultan. I had a great communication process and Sultan answered all my questions, the hotel was perfect and the clinical staff very nice. I hope the result will be as good as the experience !

My review is aimed at the excellent and dedicated commitment my medical consultant Reina showed me during my two visits to the clinic from January and June 2022. Reina was able to connect all the dots in relation to my flight arrival, transfers to and from the hotel and throughout the medical processes. Honestly, without her support I would have been legally addressing some serious failings around my medical procedures, especially around after care, but because she stood firm and represented the clinic with her commitment to customer care, I write this review solely to thank her for everything. I am not overly confident with the surgical outcomes but Reina YOUR hard work has not gone unnoticed ⭐️ Thank You x
