The medical staff seem competent, but the salesteam is hustlers like used car salespeople. Unfortunately only the salesteam speak any english...

My brother and I both booked a hairtransplant. They got our names and personal information, several times, both for the clinic, the hotel and the transport from the airport.
First warning sign was at the airport, when they didnt have my brothers name on the list.. Then we drove to the hotel which also did not have his reservation. And the day after at the clinic, there was not a procedure scheduled for him... He was talking forth and back with them for the next days, but he ended on going home without the procedure.. Planeticket and days off from work wasted. Of course we had to pay right away at the clinic, and he have been promised a refund since he didnt get anything done. That was a month ago, and he still have not received his money..

They will try to push you into buying more things to your procedure. When we sat there and was about to go into surgery, they highly recommended the stemcell treatment to get a better result.. of course they could have mentioned that months before, but they know, that it is hard to say no when you are sitting there and are ready to go..

Also; NO wifi. I can seem like a small thing, but when you sit 10 hours in an uncomfortable position and nobody speaks any english, it is hard to not focus on the pain.

😡😡I’m completely devastated about this place Natural and Prof clinic they nearly killing my self last week with a mistake unacceptable.
1doctor don’t know what surgery I have to do.
2.Inside the theatre the hand light was dirt from the previous procedure
3_ the cleaning lady help to preparing me for the operation
4 when my procedure finished they put me te wrong way round in the head on the feet 🦶 and my feet on the head.
5.one nurse for 5 pacientes no suporte a tall
6.when we asked for any help they never understand inglês and desapeie.
7.and a big mistake on my drain cut on theatre and liking for 3 days make me smell bad and not bed change.
8.apart hotel basically basically the bed not properly for that surgery not any nurse support in there.
9.the communication is incredible between they never make sense.
I have lots more but please to look forward for yourself never put your feet there.believe it’s not all about the mistake all how they trained us after the payment they definitely is a Butchers I told this for then and they just give me a back.luciana Souza Dorset

Just remember if something goes wrong like in my case, they will just ask you to come back and you will have spend money on plane tickets, hotel and everything that goes with it. Not to mention time from work which you could have spent on holiday somewhere else. There’s also no guarantee that the second trip will solve the issues. These people act like they care but they don’t. Luring you in with words ‘God bless you’ and ‘pray for us’.I am suffering with throbbing pain from bottom front tooth that is standing outwards like horse teeth while the rest of teeth are inwards. After brushing I have to push it inwards because it feels like the crowns are pushing my natural teeth forward which is painful. One side of teeth bigger than others. There’s a clicking sound after every brush. Alignment was done in less then 5 minutes. While you are under painkillers and anaesthesia you don’t know whether the pain is temporary or permanent damage that will last after you return home. My bottom gums were throbbing of the pain and I now know why because lower teeth improper size, fit and positioned but while you are there you won’t know until you realise you have to take painkillers every day. I asked for fillings of two teeth only got one filling. Now i still have a tooth with a hole in because the dentist thought it was not necessary. I also had to asked whether I needed root canal until later he had to admit I needed one. 24 Crowns put in as pair of two’s. Now i can only floss certain teeth which feels annoying and uncomfortable. Food keeps getting stuck in between so you constantly have to use toothpicks after eat. I have to use a baby toothbrush and brush every second day and drink tea and liquid that stains with a straw because teeth doesn’t have protection glaze and stains immediately after a cup of tea. I have to use teeth whitening toothpaste on new crowns which burns the side of my mouth because of the bleach. It looks nice in pictures but with the naked eye you can see the yellow glaze that was painted over top layer of teeth and grey cement shines through making it look like your gums or or teeth are death or dying. I have to go see a specialist now to fix it. Be warned. They have different dentist and it seems like the owners pick their clients according to looks and others get sent to the unprofessional dentists that’s why you will see on instagram the perfect teeth are those done by the owners. Mind you, you cannot pick your dentist while there.Be warned.

This company did my teeth I wrote a 5 star review before but now I'm updating the review I would not recommend this company to anyone please be careful .. when I got back to England my teeth started chipping I advised them they told me to travel back and they said they'd sort it out but I had to pay for all expenses for travel and hotel .. and when I got there they told me I need to pay another £1000 I was upset about this as on my first visit £5500 then I had to pay again they did my teeth again I went back to UK and my teeth started getting loose and eventually fell out .. I've sent multiple messages to them explaining the situation .. they've been totally ignoring me ... I had no choice but to travel back to Turkey and get my teeth again by a very reputable company and had to pay £5000 again but it is worth it as my teeth look amazing now ..please beware they take your money once they've got your money there's no after care a complete waste of my time and money

Be careful whit this company! I payed 1000 euro as deposit for one surgery I planned , after few hours I find out about that huge earthquake will hit Istanbul! They declined to refund my deposit back! However I tried to give the 1000 euro for my sister or brother-en- law but they declined! I asked for hair implant for a very small area , they asked me 3300 euro for actually nothing! I have asked price the surgery list and prices and that assistant continuously making fun of me indirectly, refusing to do her actual job! Very rude and abusive company! Hopefully I can go in court whit this company! Not recommend !!!

The doctors is great and well educated but the sellers. The damn sellers. They are like casino machines, they just want to EAT every dollar you have. They are awful and rude and lies about the prices and doesn’t go thru every detail. For me who’s having a surgery, I would like to know everything - of course! But for them!? They saw me as an annoying and insecure person. They didn’t have a proper consultation that’s why I had all these question. I paid 1000 euro before I arrived and they told me I wouldn’t get them back if I didn’t have the surgery. Even tho I was so scared I still did the operation. And after that? NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL. One of them blocked me and the other one stopped answering. The aftercare is everything for someone who travel to their damn clinic. GAH. You should be careful. Careful. Choose wisely. I won’t go back.

Highly recommend crowning your teeth here. Act professionally, keep their word and always pick you up on time.

Please be warned not to go to this circus full of clowns to do your operation. They have no conscience, experience or skills, and they have no idea what the hell they are doing!!! They are horrible, horrible primitive creatures that are out for money and don't care whether they disfigure you or ruin your life for money... I don't know what to say but for love for yourself and your family do not attempt to go to the pit of hell. Honestly, I detest and hate these creatures for what they have done to me and other individuals. They are the best butchers and scammers in the world!!!! Haram place! THEY ARE EVIL SOULS AND PLS STAY FAR AWAY. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE 100 PERCENT TRUTHFUL.

I was happy about planning a surgery with a happy and positive girl named Liza Rayane. She made me feel safe and welcome. I came from Sweden and went to the clinic very excited. Unfortunately there was some misunderstanding when planning but they were quick with fixing it the best they could. I did the operation with chin implants and fat injection for the jawline and I’m happy I had her with me the whole time. She is friendly and exactly what you need when doing such a big thing for yourself. Even if I came alone I would have felt safe with Liza. Thanks to the clinic I have a great jawline and chin. I recommend this clinic and Liza very much. Thanks!

Highly recommend Iwanna. Had my 9th session with her and although I hadn’t met her before, the experience was comfortable and I felt really reassured throughout. She made sure that I was okay as this was my most painful session to date.

Went there from Canada for facelift surgery
As soon as they took my money they left me and 10 days of my trip I was at the clinic almost everyday but no one helped me
They did not refund my money they did not give me any accommodation. At the end they told me to prospond ur tickets for another week to have ur surgery scheduled. I knew it is all run around so I didn’t wanna wait any longer I came back
Please be extra careful they charge u for everything

If u need help after the surgery or any procedure, no one answers ur call or text

I would like to thank you for the excellent planning that made this visit even better than my first. A special thanks goes out to Ramsay, the driver, who went above and above in his service. The entire experience was excellent, from the nurse to the surgeon to the receptionist thanks to Fahd he was amazing and a special thanks to Imen for the outstanding care.it was my second visit for the lower jaw implants looking forward for my next visit. 10 out of 10 keep up with the good job 🌸
