I bought the Shea Butter Coconut Oil Mix, Pure Castor Oil and the Vitamin E Oil. I am so in love with these products. The Shea butter makes my skin feel soft and nice. I did not have to wait too long for delivery. I will be purchasing these again. I often get compliments on how nice and soft my skin is, that’s because I am mindful of the products I use. These 3 products will now be in my top 5 I will be using daily.

I have been using products from this company for a while now. I use the oils, butters, scrubs and soaps on myself and my toddler.
My child suffers from eczema, I myself have eczema on my hands due to frequent hand washing as I am a nurse. I contacted the business owner who replied with advice on what I should use to get rid of the eczema. The owner is very knowledgeable, so I purchased what was advised and we both no longer suffer from eczema.
I would recommend the shea coco butter, the whipped body butters, ginger oil and the black seed oil. I use the products on my body and hair, also the same on my child.

I had a 25% discount that I forgot to apply at checkout. I wrote several emails requesting the refund but no replu. I dont like giving bad reviews but I have been forced to do so. I really do wish they resolve this issue.

It was easy to order the Shea Butter. It was delivered within a few days and was carefully packed.
I have used the Shea Butter with Coconut Oil for a few years and my skin drinks it up and the Butter moisturises it well.

I have given 1 stars because as a new customer who has not received their order. I still have not got my order and am being ignored via email and instagram. Very poor after sales service.

I placed an order with natural health harmony (NHH) after discovering their amazing rose water spray at the Black Pound Day store in Stratford.

After making an order for x2 rose waters (gotta have a backup!) and receiving confirmation via email, I was away for 2 weeks, awaiting my goodies upon returning.

Once back and no parcel in site, I contacted NHH via email & contact us form on their website. After no reply in 24hrs (minus -1 star) I decided to call them - i needed that rose water!

I spoke to Nathan, who assured me that he had personally picked & packed my order, which appeared to be unfortunately lost by Royal Mail.

He advised me that my goodies would be with me within 48hrs , and they were, with a complimentary Shea butter body lotion for the inconvenienced caused.

The service I received from Nathan turned what could have been a negative online experience to a return customer of natural health harmony.
