They charge £4.95 for the first class delivery 3 day gone my order still didn’t arrived

Apparently is open 9-5 Monday to Friday
Calling from 9 am and the message says that there is no one there to pick up your phone

While Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class mail the next working day, it's not a certainty. Royal Mail's own performance data indicates that only around 75% of 1st Class mail is delivered the next day and 1st Class delivery can take 2-3 working days to arrive.

very poor customer service
very poor customer service. I am a Customer of over 12 years, called twice to say an order placed over a week ago hadn't arrived was told to wait another day then another day, i then have to do the Royal Mail research and find the order is unable to be delivered due to damage...still no replacement sent. very disappointed from a customer that orders so regularly to be treated like this and be without the supplements due to this delay.
