I went on a French Exchange to Paris with an anaphylactic dairy allergy (wrong type of place to go for a person like me - everything has cheese 😂). I was so worried about finding food I could eat, and Naturalia was PERFECT for me, clearly labelled in lots of languages, so many options for all diets/allergies with granola, pre-made dinners, dessert SO MUCH. I truly felt safe there, and made my visit so much better!

I really enjoy buying at this store. They have a great range of products, good quality and price. I did buy some fresh raspberries recently and they had lots of maggots in the packet, which was really disappointing as it was on more than one occasion. The brand is Pronatura, so I would suggesting you open the packet or just avoid, as I will. Other than this the fruit and vegetables are excellent.

On Nov 10, 2024 at around 6 pm : Found items in the store at 87 rue de la Verrerie in Paris over-priced and decided to leave. On my way out, store cashier stopped me and demanded I open my jacket suspecting I stole something. I obliged and felt humiliated in front of other customers. This is blatant racial profiling and store clerk offered no apologies. Very disgusting experience ! Americans in Paris must be warned not to walk into this store.

This company is a scam/arnaque. DO NOT order from them; do not send money. They pose as a French company but are actually based in China. I had to chase them several times to get a response and all occasions over the course of six weeks they kept telling me that they ship 2-10 days after the order. I was given a shipping number and when I checked with the transporter it didn't exist. LIARS and CHEATS. I will be reporting them to the police.
