Completely professional from start to finish. Prompt communication and engagement by Trevor with a detailed and transparent quote issued rapidly after a thorough evaluation of the job. The team arrived early on the due date, wearing company hi-vis uniforms and with an array of modern equipment. Over the course of 3 days they impressed with their thoroughness, efficiency, tidy workmanship and regular communication to ensure ongoing alignment of expectations. They could not have been more courteous. Trevor was regularly on site to monitor activity. It is abundantly clear that Naturally Trees Ltd is a highly professional company which takes pride in working to very high standards. Our neighbours were equally impressed! We had an excellent experience with Naturally Trees. We needed an old, dead tree removed from our garden, and the team handled it with great care and precision. Their planning was thorough, and they executed the removal efficiently, leaving the area spotless afterward. You’d never know they were there—except for the fact that the dead tree is now gone!

The company was very efficient. They dealt with West Berkshire Council as regards the paperwork required as the tree was under a protection order. They also dealt with the electricity supplier. They arrived on time and left the site tidy.

Trevor did a thorough job on an acre of hedges and trees. I was very happy with his professionalism and courtesy. He listened carefully to what was required and he went the extra mile to finish the job. I hope to use his services annually to keep everything in check.

Trevor and the team were quick, efficient and easy to work with. I needed a huge, old holly to be trimmed all round, plus pruning of a 20 foot high cotoneaster, apple trees and pittosporums. I am very pleased with the results. The whole operation from the initial, expert visit to the thorough clean up was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Naturally Trees Ltd were asked to carry out work on a large Silver Birch in our garden, close to the house. We were given good professional advice about the amount to be removed in an initial on-site inspection and a quotation was quickly provided. The job was subsequently carried out very effectively and efficiently by a crew of two. We were very pleased with the finished result – it has improved the light levels in the house considerably and, at the same time, preserved the shape of the tree very nicely. All surplus wood was chipped and removed from the site and the site was left clean and tidy. Overall, we were very pleased with the work carried out.

Required a significant reduction on a wall of conifers bordering the length of my garden. They'd been allowed to tower over the garden by the homes previous owners, blocking much needed sunlight. As it was a recent house move, wanted careful consideration given to the amount removed vs then subsequent road noise / visibility. Trevor and the team were excellent, both in communication during the quoting phase, providing detail on what the job would actually require and then during the cutting and removal. The garden was left clear of any debris and the trees were trimmed in a sensitive way.
