Order paid two months ago, package not delivered, nobody replies to my messages or answers my calls
The reason why I chose to write this review is not related to the quality of the products, as I have been grateful to use them and I saw positive effects. Yet, the customer support team is practically unreachable when I encounter problems. I have ordered products on May 2022 and, according to their tracking number, the order should have been already delivered. It is September and the order is not here. The team from Romania does not answer any of my messages or emails. They deleted their phone number from their account. One time I got to catch their attention for 1 minute and all they could say was that I should contact the team from Berlin, not even verifying if I know English so I can actually discuss the issue with them. The team from Germany replies after one week, promising the order will be delivered in one day from that moment. Weeks pass and nothing shows up. I write and call and nobody seems to be concerned with the fact that the money has been transferred to them in June and I still don't have the order. Moreover, it is not only me that has encountered something like this. I have friends who gave up on their products simply because they can't reach anyone when issues appear. It is a pity, as I actually love their products.
Update, September 5: the team from Germany hasn't replied, even if they seem to be online on Instagram.

Therefor we are using natural ingredients for our products, which are developed by our nutritionist in Berlin. We are aware that we are positioned in the higher price segment. As for any other business and product different factors influence our price. We would like to address some of them in the following. As mentioned above it is very important to us to use the best ingredients for our products. Therefor we are using ingredients of high quality and from trustworthy sources as well as fair trade. We are a young and independent company which results in smaller purchase volumes from suppliers and therefor also in higher purchase prices for us. This is also influenced by the fact that we are not using artificial preservatives. Furthermore the packaging of food subjects specific regulations. Other factors such as development costs, staff costs, quality checks and production costs are calculated into every product as well. In order to make our products affordable for as many people as possible, we are working with promo codes frequently.
