I was so disappointed with the quality…

I was so disappointed with the quality of the pen when it arrived so I dismantled it. Turns out that the blue light is just a 1.5volt LED, no complicated clinical laser to be seen.

They also stuck a £2.99 "Shipping Guarantee" onto my payment which I was not happy about.

In the end I cancelled my credit card and got a new one issued just in case other payments were made using my details which I see some other reviewers were subjected to.

Having looked around they seem to operate a folio of different websites all selling the same pen. Natural Nourish has now disappeared from the Internet and you cannot contact them.

For the first time in my life I've been…

For the first time in my life I've been scammed, I'm kicking myself for not doing my research before placing my order with them. My order did arrive by Evri, so it was dispatched here in the UK, but trying to contact the company is impossible. Their website doesn't exist, and my emails get returned by postmaster.

The product I received was nothing like the products I saw in their video, it's more like something out of a joke shop, or in a kids lucky bag, fuming doesn't come close to how I'm feeling.

I've spent hours trying to find a return address for these scammers, but failed, so I don't suppose anyone on here can help me out with one please?

Scam

Avoid purchasing from this person. Site is a scam, and it's run in multiple country under different names. The claims that are made are all false and they are trying to steal your money.
Luckily I opted to pay by klama for my order, the product did not arrive. Read he reviews from customers who made direct payments before parting with your money . Also search on you tube.

Horrible SCAM

Horrible SCAM! They don't even bother to reply to your e-mails. They say to follow the Return Policy, and that they sent you the Return Form altogether with the products. But they won't send you any form.

SCAM. Said £2.99 shipping from Glasgow. Actual shipping is £10 so they took the cost of the item, the £2.99 and then another £10 on top. No reply to any emails. Ordered 10th March. Still no sign on 26th

This is a scam

I placed an order for £15 with £2.99 postage. I received a confirmation invoice to confirm this but on checking with my bank they had taken over £21. Not a great deal but they have ignored several emails and no order has been despatched. Then they inundate you with offers..they need to get it right the first time if they expect people to use them a second time.
