Awful company in my opinion. Tried to buy clay paving from Natural Paving company - they rebrand Wieneberger paving as Baksteen - and their service was shocking. They just take a cut from someone else's product and then sell via Travis Perkins or Jewson (avoid Jewson in my experience). The chain was unmanageable and in the end I took a refund (less an extortionate delivery charge) and reordered the same product, different supply route and handled competently by Travis Perkins.
Would sincerely recommend avoiding Natural Paving unless you enjoy wasting money. You can find the same product with better service elsewhere.

This company only sell through other suppliers and use this to hide behind them when it comes to the quality of their product. They claim to be premium quality but they actually supply low to standard quality at premium prices. Their customer service team (or at least the ones I spoke to) were not interested in discussing the poor quality of their product and immediately mention the legal contract being with the build supplies company they sell through (this is before I had even said what the issue was). Their approach is arrogant and they refuse to deal with quality issues. Even when I finally persuaded them to speak to me, their supervisor was not interested either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - much better quality products available at better prices from other manufacturers. They try to avoid talking to you regarding complaints and do not feel they should be responsible for supplying the quality of product they advertise.
