I ordered goods early January 26. This is end April 26. Written to them so many times but no positive or hardly any response. There approach is not professional nor do they care about their customers. I have already paid the full amount. I requested for a refund or deliver the goods but not responding .

This company has great products, however, the response from their customer service department is substandard.I initially had an issue getting a return postage label, and now it's the refund. I return the product which was sent via autoship, which I didn't want any longer. It's been 3 week no refund or response form the customer service,

Order #375347 was placed on April 3rd. I received part of my order on April 9th; however, as of April 19th, there are still items missing.
I have attempted to contact your team at least 4 times via email and through their website, but I have not received any response. While I have been enjoying the product I did receive, the lack of communication and customer support is extremely concerning. A great product with poor customer service does not make me want to continue to support this business.
IF most email is going to spam, then another form of contact should be available for customers.
At this point, I am requesting immediate attention to this matter. Please provide an update on the status of my missing items and ensure they are shipped as soon as possible. If the remaining items cannot be fulfilled promptly, I am requesting a full refund for those items.

I have Ordered 3 month supply twice now... I am not suggesting this gummie is magic.... however.... I do know this... the use of these gummies and a good diet/exercise.... it's almost like a cheat code.... I'll be back again and again foe sure!
I recently purchased seamoss gummies and a joint relief gel from Natural REMs, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
After taking the gummies, I began experiencing headaches, which made them unusable for me. I also tried the joint relief gel as directed, but it did not provide any noticeable relief for my pain.
Because of these issues, I reached out to the company within their advertised 30-day trial period to request a full refund. However, I have not received any response to my messages. I have sent multiple emails and made several phone calls, but customer service has been extremely poor and unresponsive.
This was my first time ordering from this company, and based on this experience, I will not be returning. Also , it does not seem like the company is honoring its refund policy as advertised, which is very concerning. I would advise others to proceed with caution when purchasing from this company.

I am extremely frustrated with this experience. I never received my package, and the so-called “proof of delivery” is completely inaccurate. The photo shown on the Parsel tracking website is not my apartment complex—I don’t even have a mail room that looks like that.
On top of that, I have sent multiple follow-up emails on April 6th, 7th, 8th, and 13th, and have received absolutely no response. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially after spending over $70.
At this point, I feel ignored and misled. I would have preferred to resolve this without leaving a negative review, but the lack of communication and accountability has left me no choice.

Natural REMs you always come through for me with natural products you provide
I have tried other companies sea moss and they are only giving the consumers between 120mg to 300mg. And natural rems gives you what your body needs and that 6,000mg . I can tell a difference from taking natural rems and other products. I would encourage other people to take natural rems sea moss.
It works, energy, stamina and alertness are a few of the things I noticed after taking it also noticed my stomach kinda more flat than before
A solid product I have used for a while and has made a significant difference , in a good way

Superpowers Sold Separately. Took these every day. Still waiting for superpowers, energy, or even a hint of wellness. Spoiler: none came. Deliciously Useless! They taste fine, I guess… but so does sugar. At least sugar doesn’t promise results it can’t deliver. Total waste of money!

This companies customer service is terrible. If you email them about a refund they ignore you. I have been requesting a refund for a month and a half now, sent numerous emails and still get no response. They don’t have a customer service number because they know it is easier to ignore customers. I highly doubt not recommend this company to nobody mainly because of the customer service.

I love the product but the ordering and shipping process is horrible. There is no customer service number. I would love to set up auto ship but that doesn’t work on the site. I paid for an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped.
Customer service is awful! The product I order was to satisfaction. However, I had the order on auto-ship that I eventually I cancelled. They kindly told me that they would send me a return label, and never did! I’ve emailed customer service at least 5 times to no avail, since they don’t have a phone number. I say again the products are good, they customer service gets an F.
