Calms my mind
I have taken this supplement before and was pleased with the effect it gave. Now Im starting again after about one year pause. Ive been taking it for about one week now and I'm notecing I fall asleep easier and that Im able to apreciate the now and whats around me (able to be calmer in my mind). I think my bodey feel more safe. I drink it with hot chokolate everyday and kako also has a calming effect, for me that's the best combo!

We noticed extra energy when we needed it most but since it was a small shared sample, I was unable to collect ample results. I suggest purchasing as well as sampling this awesome product.
