Wrong address, broken bottles ignored
Waited forever even after the lockdown to be delivered. You delivered in Bloemfontein after I notified you that I'm back in Cape Town all of which was arranged with you ahead of time because YOU were out of stock and told me you don't know how soon you can deliver. Then delivery was done at wrong addresses twice!!!! Third time lucky. I just returned home and opened the parcel. Three of the 6 bottles are broken. AND YOU PASS THE BLAME TO ME ABOUT THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS BECAUSE YOU COULD NOT DELIVER FOR MONTHS AND IGNORE THE FACT THAT HALF MY ORDER IS BROKEN, FULL OF GLASS SPLINTERS AND USELESS!!!! PATHETIC!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to make this review. We're not going to get into a mud slinging match over this order, it's unfortunate the way it has turned out, totally against the type of service ethos and relationship we strive for with us our customers.
As highlighted in our recent communication with you, we are in no way passing blame or shifting responsibility whatsoever. Our website policy clearly states:
"If you do not receive your order in perfect condition or if anything is broken / damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified. Although we take every precaution, goods can occasionally be damaged in transit and there is no question that these will be replaced. We would ask you to take a photo of the damaged item as soon as it is received just this helps our packing team improve the way products are sent in future."
As per the above and again as per our recent communication with you, your item will be refunded, as requested.
