Finding this food for our two labradors…
Finding this food for our two labradors has been amazing as they now have food that agrees with them and that is 100% healthy for them. So easy and clean to open the box no messy tins .

Oh thank goodness for naturediet
Oh thank goodness for naturediet, my dogs absolutely love it and honestly they’ve never looked healthier. Their coats are so shiny too. Love the new packaging “better taste, less waste” as it says on the side! So easy to open, no mess, clearly states the ingredients. Love it. Gave my friend a box to try with her dog and she is definitely going to be putting an order in soon. Great customer service too. Thanks naturediet 👌🏼

Shocking
Shocking! This food very nearly killed my dog it had black mould (which I didn’t know) and soon after, my dog went on to have a 4 hour seizure! Had to be hospitalised at the vets for two days. Food was with in Date, stored as per manufactures instructions and box not damaged. Shocking customer service too. Avoid photos to prove it.

Honest Opinion
I have been feeding my dog this food since he was a pup now 6. New packaging very poorly though out in my opinion. It has also shot through the roof price wise. I used to buy 4 trays at a time and most suppliers you could get a tray for around £13 to £14 all suppliers seem to have colluded and raised their price to around £19 a tray so i have started looking at alternatives which is a shame really but i will not be shafted

It addresses issues such as difficult to open packs, damages caused during delivery and a growing global concern for recyclability and environmental impact of single-use plastics. Our new packaging range is priced at a slightly higher RRP than our tray packaging. Our trays have been heavily discounted online. We can't apply this discount to our new packaging, due to production costs and raw materials. I hope that this has explained and that you choose to remain with our brand. Customer Services.
I am very happy with their wet dog food…
I am very happy with their wet dog food Chicken with rice&veg, our dog likes it very much. Delivery service is very quick and uncomplicated. Just one thing is difficult: to open every small 390g package with food. It is very hard and not possible without a knife. They should do something about it. I saw comments on the internet and many people are complaining about the same thing.
