Expired products, not responding
I have ordered baby and children's items in April and received these pretty quickly, however, 4 of the products have already expired in 2023, 2 have no expiry date on them and other 3 are to expire in September/October 2024. I have messaged the shop online and via email about this advising that I want to return the products as these did not meet my expectations (I cannot use expired products on baby/child and the ones that will be expiring in September/October as this means I need to use them by that time) and asking for a refund. So far I have received no response neither to my online message nor via emails. I have tried calling the shop today and it goes to voicemail. Appalling customer service, sadly.
I have previously made an order with this shop and the goods were also near expiry date/expired but as these were for myself I did not care that much.
Please be aware that the shop is selling products with short shelf life/expired products and are not responsive when you are asking for a return/refund. Will not be buying again for sure.
