Great products and excellent customer service

I have ordered a few times from this company products that I can’t seem to be able to find otherwise in the UK. The last time there was a delay in the delivery so I contacted support to enquire about my order. Received a reply on the same day and an immediate refund without any further questions being asked. They even offered me a replacement product for free since the item I ordered was out of stock. Would definitely continue to order from this company in the future, great products and excellent customer service.
