Nothing delivered, No response, No refund

I ordered their shampoo and conditioner and never received it. It’s been weeks. I emailed their customer support multiple times over the last week with no response. I messaged them on Instagram - no response. They took $140. No refund. Total fraud.

Nature Queen sent me expired or almost…

Nature Queen sent me expired or almost expired shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The lotion expired in November, 2022! The shampoo and conditioner expire on October, 2025. This is unacceptable. As a repeat customer, I understand that is could be a simple mistake on your part. I paid full price for the shampoo and conditioner with a 10% discount and I feel cheated. Despite numerous attempts to reach the company via customer support and voice mail messages, no one got back to me. I sincerely hope that you can explain the expired products and why I should accept them. Otherwise, you need to give me a full refund and I’ll send you back these expired products. Terrible customer service plus selling expired products equals zero stars.

Update: the company apologized and gave me a refund.
