Yet another unhappy customer and I…
Yet another unhappy customer and I haven't even got my product yet.
Firstly, the discount code that I was given could not be entered when ordering online using a android mobile phone or tablet. I complained but was told it was my problem, nothing they could do.
Secondly, they have tried to scam me out of paying twice for my order. I emailed them the paypal receipt for the order but they still email me looking for a second payment for the same amount already paid.
I phone to complain but obviously they have a customer is alway's wrong attitude. Awful experience dealing with Adela's broken english, refusal to listen or comply with the customers requests. Her follow up email was equally condescending and unhelpful.
Even if the product arrive's and is good, I would not go through this experience again.
Yet to decide if this is a scam or rogue company, time will tell. Unfortunately, I fear a paypal dispute further down the line.
Company is in Slovenia which is not initially obvious.
Think twice before investing in this companies products.

FRAUD
I ordered products on August 12 for almost 95 euros and the email I received was not in my language (French). I returned to the site and my account is not accessible nor my email recognized. I called customer service which is a cell phone number and they hung up on me twice. SCAM, FRAUD! I will never receive my products. Impossible to withdraw. I want my refund.

The product is advertised by a person believed to be reliable (Hungary), unfortunately, I believed it and ordered approx. $100 package. The boxes are only half full, I don't even understand why need a bigger one. Not all of them had a ladle. The powder-like product becomes lumpy in water, can't be stirred, not smooth. Sticky, the glass becomes unpleasant. IT HAS NO EFFECTS, NO WEIGHT LOSS OR ANYTHING THAT IS ADVERTISED! IT'S ALL FRAUD!

Hi I order the coffee burn and the night burn. I started using the coffee, and have not lost any weight. Decided to send it back to get a refund, posted it back paying €9.50 and it came back to me saying no one to receive the package. Emailed you for the right address, which was the same as I used first time. Posted it again costing me another €9.50, it has come back again!!.
I would like a paid label from you and a refund if my products I am sending back to you. Not happy about this process at all. Teresa

Horrible horrible horrible….
I ordered a package a week ago and the package has not been given to gsl it only states that the label has been made but was not received and it’s been like that for more than a week. I have emailed to find out about my package and I have not gotten a response. It is my first time ordering from your company and I’m very disappointed. I honestly won’t be ordering from you guys in the future and I’m going to ask for my money back because this type of service and communication is unacceptable. My experience with Bio Detox and Bio…
My experience with Bio Detox and Bio Liver Cleanse was a very good one. I had a fatty liver for more than 10 years, and at the last ultrasound they found cholesterol polyps on my liver and gall bladder. After 30 days of treatment, in January 2024, the analyzes were perfect. Although I did not aim to lose weight, I lost 4 kg. Now I will repeat the treatment and then I will go for the ultrasound examination. I hope to come back with good news.
