This company used to have fabulous customer service but now you can’t even get a reply. Also the pain cream has decreased in size but not in cost. Products are good, just the customer service is horrible now.

Good Product, Shipping Needs Improvement
So this order had an IMPORTANT note explaining about shipping and the instructions were very explicit. I saw the package was ready to be shipped out and decided to call the company to make sure they actually read the note. Upon getting ahold of someone, Mike, I believe, told me to hang on and he went and checked. Upon checking he realized the label was done wrong and no one read the note that was put on the order. Mike apologized, said there was no excuse but that with all the orders they process, hardly anyone reads the notes put on the orders. 1) Then take out the option to leave notes on an order, or 2) use this as A TRAINING tool and teach everyone to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the notes section. Just bc you get X amount of orders daily, your shipping people can take TWO seconds to scan to the notes section and follow the directions that someone leaves on their order. If I hadn't of called and caught them before they mailed it out, this could have led to a REALLY, REALLY big problem and created a VERY SERIOUS safety issue. Your product is good but your shipping needs some adjustment or training.
