Ordered packs of hulled barley, which has been a bit tricky to get recently. Arrived very quickly and at a great price. In a nice touch, they even gave a free glass storage jar. First time ordering, everything went well, so will buy from again.

Just received my order (earlier then expected) I can not be happier.

I love the layout of the new website, the easy checkout is great and is the perfect one stop shop for everything I need.

They sending you e-mails to place an order.
When you want to order, their page does not load for weeks.
Of course I won't order.
Then a month later, the same e-mail comes along.
Impossible to view my basket or pay for this time.
Being honest, there are millions of other pages...
Don't have to suffer to place an order.
I use them, I ditch this...
...and I have a happy day.
After that they got back with an e-mail what led me back to my basket...but than the discount code did not work on, which was suppose to...

Update: Received an Email from Zoe in customer services after leaving this review. It was aggressive, did not apologise for poor service in any way and accused me of calling them thieves. Rather than this being a one off issue, they are clearly shown as having an awful attitude and no idea of customer care or service:
"I see you have mentioned the £5 refund, but failed to mention to others reading the review of the 20% discount you took advantage of on your £80 order."
(it was £100 order, £80 after the discount)
"Your review has suggested that we are thieves which we are not. We made an error in not getting the goods to you quickly and the stock ran out at the time of ordering."
Yet the only communication with me for 6 weeks was the words 'to follow' written in biro on the packing slip.
What an astonishing experience - truly terrible attitude.

This looks like an ethical company and I like to use any company who puts other considerations forward than just profit margin.
However, my experience was not good and I wont be using them again.
I ordered items shown as 'in stock', any normal human being would assume that means they have the items and can service an order. Part of my order was not in stock at all. I've now had clarification that they show items as 'in stock' if their supplier has them in stock, but then when they go to order them after taking your money, their supplier suddenly doesn't have them. Not good.
To compound this, they don't tell you anything. I received three of my five items, and the only indication I had of what had happened to the other two was a biro message on the packing slip stating 'to follow 10/03/2022'.
I waited patiently till it was obvious they were not coming, and had zero messages from them. By the 28/03 it was quite clear I wouldn't get anything at all without threatening to dispute the payment, so I emailed them to tell them what I thought of this appalling service.
They have now apparently dispatched the goods they owed me, though I'm pretty certain they would not have done so if I were not chasing this.
They have also refunded £5 of my £80 order by way of apology - which is why this review is not 2*.

There are a lot of companies who can supply what this site does, and I imagine it will be a long time before I find another service as incompetent as this one. Its not worth the stress of dealing with this company to simply buy some tasty snacks so I will not be returning.

Ordered some Multivitmins from Natures Health Box , they have a great selection and very good prices , I went for the Lamberts A-Z Multi 60 Tablets and feel they help me alot . I also ordered Mr Moxey's Calm CBD 300mg Artisan Mints and i have found these to be very effective and at a very good price !!! Fast Shipping as well .

I like the honesty of their blogs and information which don't exaggerate product benefits and always put their use in context.

Great selection of products at very competitive prices. Would highly recommend.

I emailed asking for information on an “out of stock” item before I ordered as I was running low. I very quickly got a response with an update on when it would be back in stock. Plus really helpful information on another product that would suit my needs if I couldn’t wait for my item to become available.

Received my goods this morning. All arrived safely and really liked the fact the packaging was eco friendly

Shop stated 2-3 days shipping on website. Confirmation email said 7 days for shipping. When I contacted customer support to confirm delivery time lines I was told it was indeed 7 days and one of the items were out of stock after they'd charged me. I expect if I hadn't have challenged the delivery timescales they wouldn't have notified me anything was out of stock and I would have been left waiting. Very poor.

For the second time in about 10 orders I've made with them they have taken more than one lot of my order amount. This time it is 4 lots of £50. No response to my email yet and an answerphone when the phone lines are meant to be open. I've had to contact my bank fraud section. The website checkout needs updating to stop money coming out if there is something wrong with the information submitted and the order doesn't go through. It's a shame as otherwise has been great to order from but won't be using again.
