Excellent Service

Nature Spy responded very quickly to a fault on my Browning BTC-7E trailcam. Giving suggestions on how to fix it. When all options were exhausted they said that they would try and fix it, giving a realistic timeframe for an answer. I was very pleased when they said that it was repaired, with some possible errors to be aware of. There was no charge for this out of warranty repair or postage. It is now back in operation. I could not ask for better service and would certainly recommend them.

Browning camera dead in 3 yrs

I purchased a Browning Nature Camera which stopped working in less that 3 years. On contacting NatureSpy I was advised it was out of its (2 year) warranty, and the best that could be done was a (relatively small) discount on my purchase of another camera. Beware !

Firstly, a bit of house keeping - your camera was purchased in early August 2019. It's now October 2022, so your purchase was over 3 years ago. The warranty for the camera was clearly displayed at the time of your purchase, which was 2 years, and standard for an electronic product of this nature.

What you haven't said is that we troubleshooted the issue with you, and checked if there is anything that we can repair now that the manufacturer's warranty has expired. In some rare cases, a fault develops that we sadly cannot fix. This was one of those cases. In this instance, we offer a discount (which was 20% - given that the value of your camera was just over £100 when bought, this would have made a new camera cost the same as if we were able to repair this one). We have no obligation to offer discounts in these circumstances, but understand having a non-repairable faulty camera can be frustrating.

You threatening my staff with leaving us a bad review (in your words, 'I see your feedback to date on Trust Pilot is generally good - though may unfortunately have to temper that.') can't really change what we can and can't do once a camera is out of the advertised warranty. Fortunately, the vast majority of cameras last well beyond 3 years when properly cared for, and if there are any faults, we can more often than not repair them.

Even more fortunately perhaps, in nearly 10 years of operating we have had to deal with very few customers like yourself.

If you do change your mind regarding the discount offer, please just let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Exemplary Customer Service

I have become a regular customer over the past couple of years purchasing a number of trail cameras. On each occasion customer service has been first class as it has when I’ve had cause to return a camera under warranty; a new replacement being sent out promptly.

For my last purchase I didn’t do my research properly and ended up with a camera which wasn’t ideal for my specific needs. Nature Spy kindly offered to exchange for a different model, only charging the price differential.

I would not hesitate to recommend - customer service is second to none and they will always be happy to give impartial advice regarding the products they sell.

First rate company and exemplary customer service.

I now have five Browning trail cameras, all bought from NatureSpy over the last couple of years. One suffered a cracked case when it fell from its mount. I contacted Harry who replied immediately and I sent the camera back for repair. James fitted a complete outer case and the camera is like new again, free of charge. I sent several messages and all responses were immediate, friendly and helpful. I just can't fault this company in any way and have recommended them to friends who have, in turn, bought cameras from them. If NatureSpy can provide this level of service why can't others?

Excellent Service

After using my camera to watch the hedgehogs in my garden last summer it suddenly started to drain the batteries very quickly. I contacted the company and after several emails returned it to them. It could not be repaired so I received a brand new camera and batteries within the week. I cannot praise Nature Spy highly enough especially Harry and James. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Had an issue with a trail cam that was resolved simply (despite several months delay in my emailed responses!) The fault was identified and replaced very quickly! Can't recommend them enough.

Five star customer service

If you are thinking about buying a wildlife camera then without doubt these are the people to buy it from.
The NatureSpy website is packed full of in depth information regarding their camera brands. I have bought several cameras from NatureSpy which have always been packed and dispatched promptly. An issue with one camera was immediately resolved by sending me a replacement.
The team at NatureSpy are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
In a nutshell, every online business should strive to meet their standard of customer service.

Brilliant experience with NatureSpy

Brilliant experience with these guys. Our camera failed - not their fault. They offered advice then took it back, checked it out and sent out a replacement. That’s all you want: can’t ask for more.

Excellent website, phone advice and delivery speed

Would recommend this company they were a pleasure to deal with. Very informative website and helpful phone advice when checking a couple of options. Trailcam was delivered next day and produced excellent results that night.

Excellent service

Excellent service. The item I was interested in wasn't in stock. NatureSpy got back with info about the product and said they would email once back in stock. This they did and overall great communication once I placed my order. Glad to use a company that does so much for wildlife and conservation.

Great customer service

I bought a trail camera last August. Recently went to download pictures and found moisture in the camera. Long story short it no longer worked correctly. Contacted NatureSpy and they got back to me very promptly. Without asking they offered to replace the camera, and in fact offered to send an upgraded 4K unit in place of the faulty unit. That new camera arrived this morning as promised. Outstanding customer service, couldn't be more happy with this business. Highly recommended.

First camera.

Recivied my camera really quickly after it being out of stock.I am very pleased with it it is a good looking camera and well built.I looked at cheaper cameras but i always think buy cheap you buy twice.It was easy to set up and I’m no expert but i found it easy following the instructions.I did a review and buy accident I only left 1star I would like to correct this it is definitely 5 star ⭐️ .From ordering to receiving my camera I can not fault Nature Spy.I will leave another review when I’ve got used to it and I’m sure it’s going to be good.

Superb after-sales service

This review has not been encouraged and I am not a frequent reviewer. However I felt compelled to highlight this firm as one of the most helpful and accomodating that I have had the pleasure to purchase goods from.
I unfortunately twice experienced an issue with a major-brand trail camera. They were extremely helpful on both occasions immediately replacing the product, on the second occasion with a higher-spec model.
These firms need encouraging and if you are in the market to buy, you will have real peace of mind from NatureSpy
