I have been using NS products for overall health.
I have been using NS products for almost 20 yrs and have watched the quality of vitamins, MG amounts and ingredients suffer. Formula's are changed without mention. Tablets cone 3/4 pieces and capsules cracked making a mess. I never experienced this 10 plus years ago. I hope the products don't continue to decline.

The customer service was great
The customer service was great! That would be more stars. HOWEVER, I order and use many different websites to order from, and I am baffled how DIFFICULT your website is to order from. I have had a problem with changing dates 3 different times before calling customer service. I "thought" I had changed the order dates every single time...until I never got my order. Ordering shouldn't be complicated but I eventually gave up and had to have customer service handle it. Changing dates should be an easy fix but it isn't. It's so frustrating and such a shame for such a long standing company to have such difficulty with something so little to change. It's totally fixable. If I hadn't been a customer, I would've given up on placing an order. It doesn't have to be THAT HARD!
