I recently lost my fill cap for The Dovpo Topside mod. I went looking everywhere for a replacement online and couldn't seem to find any. No one seemed to have it until I called up Nature Vape. I spoke to them and they kindly offered to send me a fill cap from one of their faulty devices which absolutely saved my mod. They didn't have to do that and they did and for that I'm grateful. You wouldn't get customer service like that from anywhere else. Would recommend Nature Vape to anyone that wants excellent customer service and and to receive service from someone that actually cares.

Ordered a Dovpo Topside mod from Nature Vape on their very nice website. Unfortunately, the quality control from Dovpo wasn't up to par and mine failed. Nature Vape were quick to respond and offered to replace it. Their communication was very friendly and I will definitely be using them again. Great company!

Mark is a lovely guy, now ive had a couple of issued with bits ive ordered from here but nothing that could have been helped. I bought a mod from mark and didn't feel it was working quite as expected I sent it back to him he tested it all for me and after a quick phone chat we decided it probably just wasn't to my taste with how it hit and he refunded me. next mod I bought from here disassembled its self a little after a month or so, I emailed mark and told him about it, he asked me to send it too him, I did, and within a week he fixed it and sent it back to me , simple. Nice guy, knows his stuff, quick shipping.

NatureVape has to be the best vaping company I have dealt with in the 5 yrs I have been vaping.
Their customer service is second to none, not only do they always try to help you but they even have a live show on YouTube every Tuesday night at 8.30pm to answer any and all vaping questions, other reviewers from other channels quite ofter appear there too.
Their True MTL tank is simply outstanding and the best MTL vape I've experienced to date bar none, and I have purchased pretty much every MTL RTA that's been released in the last 5 years, also they are one of the only companies to do genuine all kanthal alien, multi-core clapton, and many other speciality coils that in my opinion far out way even the most expensive 'hand made' coils out there, and naturevapes cost a lot less too, they also do a large range in stainless steel and nichrome too as well as just the wire if you want to make your own,
I know all this may sound like an advert but it's not, it's just genuine high praise from the company that got me and 11 of my friends and family to quit smoking, myself after 26 years.
They deserve every good word said.
