I ordered a product. I wanted to cancel it. I received an automated reply. 16 hours later, I received an automated email saying my order was complete and could not be cancelled. I'm not sure what happened during those 16 hours. I wrote to the company. It's been over a week and I still haven't received a response from their apparently non-existent customer service. Canadians, don't order from this company. It is located in Spain - you will have to pay duty on orders but they do not tell you about this. (Note that this is a review solely for the Canadian site - I'm certain Naturitas elsewhere in the world is fine, just not in Canada.)
