Orders came to my door as seen in the picture. The box was wet and shattered, sweet ginger body oil - 100 ml of oil (Ginger) - Urtekram was poured and 1 product(Pure Aloe Vera Gel - Urtekram) was missing.
I demand compensation for my loss.

Ordered wrong (website glitch) and…
Ordered wrong (website glitch) and wanted to cancel. Naturitas sent the product anyway and ignored all my communications to cancel prior to shipment. Naturitas makes it difficult to communicate and get your money back.
Filed a dispute with PayPal with no success. I received the product even though I didn't order it so they couldn't help. If you are in the USA there are plenty of reputable companies that want you business and don't need to be a fraud.

Good price and fast delivery
I ordered 3 times and everything was ok. The price was better that this one in Germany, the shipping fast too ( Spain to Germany) - 1 week between order and delivery at home.
I can recommend it.
infested herbs
I don't think it's fair to minimise other peoples experiences because yours wasn't half bad. On that note, I am pleased my product arrived (eventually), also undamaged. I thought this was a New Zealand company and was shocked at how long it took seeing as I am in the same country. I have never experienced this kind of delay before from local distributors. I have also never used Naturitas before. I am most dissatisfied with the product I ordered. The herbs were absolutely filled with web-like filaments. This is usually signs of weevils. If your going to market herbs to a global market you need to be able to store it better. My Herbal teas last very long if stored in the fridge 2-5 degrees celsius. It is also unlikely that these weevil infestation happens during the long shipping period. Either adjust your products to what you can present to people at a good quality or learn more about how to store things in better conditions.
The single star is for the product actually arriving, and now that I've learnt from other peoples reviews that single star is also representative of an undamaged product.
Should be zero stars
Should be zero stars . Wish I had read the reviews first . My parcel has supposedly arrived in the country except it hasn’t moved for a month and the local courier says the track number doesn’t exist . And I just receive the standard response email in return to my complaint . No action . Just a scam .
It has been 2 months
It has been 2 months, and I still have not gotten my order. They have no phone number to call. They want you to fill out a form on their website in order to contact them - they haven't responded in 3 weeks. Their message says they are inundated with inquiries (why they stopped phone and direct email) - duh - if you are handling orders so poorly!
Worst packaging.

After I placed my order I read these reviews and was really worried 😦 d never see my product.
However the service has been fantastic - product shipped the following day , tracking was accurate and it arrived well packed in great condition on time
low quality product and customer care
I bought a water filter on march 2022.
In February 2023 it broke.
I took pictures and sent them the file meta data too, they could tell it was on February.
The guarantee expired on the 1st of April.
Unlikely I got an accident for which I was able to write them only on the 4th of Abril and they refused to change the product.
Furthermore, other 3 close friends bought the same product and they all broke within the first year.
Product and customer care at the lowest level. Shameless!
Misleading
They bought domain names from every country, leading customers to think they’re buying locally when it’s coming from the other side of the world. Takes ages too of course, and bad customer service.
Ordered products in November
Ordered products in November, I never received those. Impossible to contact them with the contact forms online, not clear, not user friendly not even possible to select the order form, only waist of time
Junk product that I'm really sorry did show up
Junk product; it caused days of major discomfort and allergic reaction. Sweating still 6 days after taking the product. Spent 4 days being miserable with itching hands and fingers.
Their guarantee is worthless. Their complaint form is worse than worthless. No way I know of to just send an email.
Before buying I looked for reviews but didn't find this website. I sure wish I would have found it. Shame on me.
Don't even think about buying from them.
Naturitas is an untrustworthy company
Naturitas is an untrustworthy company. They charged me $23.93 for an order, never delivered it, when I contacted them about it they told me to wait an additional 10 days (until almost two months after my order date), then when it still didn't arrive they refunded me only $9.29, less than half of what I paid. Then they ignored my attempts to contact them to resolve the issue of the outstanding $14.64 I was owed. I ended up having to resolve it under PayPal's user protection service. Don’t order from them!

After making a purchase on this website my card details were fraudulently used to attempt to buy £1200 worth of Apple products. I don’t tend to shop on individual sites like this. A very stressful day trying to deal with the bank to sort this out. After reading the reviews I don’t hold out hope that the products I ordered will arrive either. Also receiving lots of scam attempt emails since as-well. Very upsetting.
scam
i bought a sugar wax 40 dollers and i got my package completely wrecked and with a piece of metal inside no product. this is stupid. never buy from this scam of a company. i am angry company is a scam. no contact information at all. can’t even post a review on the website. and they show so many good reviews. scam took months to arrive.
Naturists Points System
naturists have a points system which, at first, seems good but the points that are accrued don't last very long. So if you order a regular large quantity ion product, by the time you need the product again your points have expired.
Customer service and contact is appalling.
Awful customer with no customer service at all. My order went from abroad to Heathrow then back abroad to Holland and then back to the UK. No replies to my emails when I flagged it up or when it arrived late. Just an automated email saying they are busy and will be in touch. They post on Instagram most days too and ignored my messages on there. My item finally arrived, one of the jars of pate has a loose top (no pop and no security seal on it) so I have had to bin it as it’s has been in transit for 5 days and I’ve no idea how long the top has been loose/opened. I’ve emailed them constantly to bring this to their attention but to no avail. The bread, which has high reviews on their site is awful. It wasn’t worth that expense or stress and I would advise you to shop elsewhere as there is no customer support at all. I am in the UK.
