I received 2 jars from them smashed - no real padding.
Sent photo to Naturitas, saying little or no padding but would like replacement
This email has been total ignored. Contacted Paypal and thru them AMACORE refunded 1/2. Again no response, nothing. Paypal are now closing the case.
Incredibly rude. And dishonest. On 14/7 Naturitas asked me how the delivery went. I told them and have heard nothing again. Difficult to believe they have done/said nothing

Will never order from them again. I purchased from a Canadian domain, expecting product to come from within Canada. Instead, it is shipped from The Netherlands. Fine. The package has now stated it's arrived in Canada and hasn't budged for 6 days. I reached out to support to basically be told I'm on my own. Contact customs... I haven't been informed the package is at customs and generally, they will only deal woth the sender if no requested info for the receiver... I'm at a stalemate here. And hoping my funds are not wasted at this point. Zero help after waiting days for a response from support.

As promised, good product as per demand

I ordered 10 boxes of Optifast and I only received 4 boxes. It is so difficult to deal with their customer service. You never get to talk to anyone and they don’t tell you if they are looking into it. Makes me feel like it is a scam. I feel helpless.

I purchased 4 bottles of Umary and they are not legitimate! I purposely saved some from a legitimate company. First off there was no mesh plastic in the bag which is stated as a scam product. 2. My legit one has basically no taste vs the one from here tastes like sugar! Also difference in the thickness of the pills and the orange on top is a different color. I’m trying to find my charge on PayPal and it seems to have disappeared??? DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PRODUCT! I wish i would have known this sooner but i just now started feeling the difference in my pain levels. I ran out of my original last week.

I placed three orders on the site recently. Two of the packages arrived damaged, one of them is not received yet. I paid $100 for the shipping of the last order. It got lost and the answer that I received from the customer service that I should take care of my order, call US customs, USPS etc. I guess I just lost my money

Me and my in laws have been trying to reach them for 2 days ,via email and by phone with no answers or response.unfortunately we have to contact BBB.Very unprofessional and untied that they don't even have open lines during business hours .

They rectified their mistake quickly and efficiently. Customer service was very good.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! I have been a past customer of theirs with an account and loyalty and multiple orders and have loved them. It has always been a wonderful experience! But I have tried to place a new order and there was a technical error on Naturitas' site with my credit card. I called my bank 6 times and they guaranteed me that the vendor was approved and any transaction with them would be authorized, but the Naturitas site continues to give an error message and the order won't go through. The contact form on their site gives absolutely no way to contact a human being for help unless you have already placed an order and have an order number (which of course you do not have an order number if you are unable to place your order!). I luckily had an old email address in my archives from past orders and wrote to them for help. So far I have written 17 emails and 5 Instagram messages and every time they answer and either tell me that someone will call me on the phone to help (and they have not) or they repeat instructions which continue to fail. I cannot believe that they have no way to actually be in contact with a human being who will assist. I have been told that it is likely that there is a scam behind this, collecting credit card information for illicit use and fraud. Entering the credit card information then collecting it for illegal use. The fact that there has been 0 assistance given me after reporting the problem has me thinking that yes: this may have at one time been a legitimate company but now it is something fraudulent.

Sent me an entire package of broken glass - almond butter, chickpeas, everything inside the box. Cut my hand with the glass by opening the package. Zero compensation. Didn’t even return the money or sent new products.

Excellent service. Quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Ordered something a month ago that still hasn't arrived - tried to get in contact multiple times but no answer.

I received my order and one of the items is about a year expired. I tried to contact them but it looks like they aren't serious. I'm dissapointed

Ordered 65 USD worth of product. Product never arrived but tracking by SEUR indicated it was delivered. Naturitas service person refused to even look into my missing order unless I provided my passport number (?!?!) I told them I would not provide this as it has nothing to do with my order, my business with them, and was not indicated as necessary for tracking my order on the form they provided from SEUR and because this is private information that should not be given out randomly online and can be used in identity theft. They have not resolved the issue. I will have to report them to visa to get my money back. Dishonest, backwards company with poor delivery and customer service. EDIT: Order was refunded after a lot of persistence on my part. Still will not be using this service again. Too much drama, too much work.

Didn't receive the order and still won't answer my questions. No refund or anything. I had ordered prior with no issues but not this time, I will never do business with them. There are scammers to the core!

It's comfortable, the delivery is fast. And the packaging is good. I'm very happy at the moment with Naturitas.

The website says ".com.au" they're lying it's not an australian company- everything comes from Spain. I spent $100 on a cat diffuser, it arrived in a language I couldn't understand and with an adapter I couldn't even plug in

I love the wide range of products they carry.The specific product that brought me to this company is usually fully stocked with what I use. The pricing is impressive, less expensive than purchasing these items on Amazon, which is the only other place I am able to find the products I use. Shipping used to be super fast, now it's quite bit slower, but not due to Naturitas. They send the packages within 24 hrs of ordering, definitely US postal service. My issues with Naturitas is not being able to contact them, and every time I receive a coupon in my email, they never work, and when you try to contact Naturitas about it, I am not able to. I will continue to order from this company, there products are exactly what I order. I did notice someone said that the company should invest in sturdier packaging, I will agree with that as well.
