Another great service from naturitas.ie
ordered more of my favourite Instant Barley Drink Orzobon.

Tried to buy something from their website and is awful: Pay 9€ for delivery for something which is under 0.5 kg and supposed to be delivered in 9 or 10 days? 9, 10 days to be shipped from Ireland (its a .ie website, right) and arrive in same country?????
From my previous experience, arrived in 2 weeks
Are they shipping stuff from Japan?
I got cheaper and faster shipments from UK which is not in the EU anymore.
Why do you mock people that you are an Ireland based depo?

I have just received my order. It arrived few days earlier than estimated date even though it's Christmas holidays now, so I am happy anough with the delivery. All the products looks nice, clean, well packeged, exactly like they were described on the website. They have good range of healthy ecological products that I wasn't able to find at my local Holland and Barrett shop. I am absolutely happy with my experience with Naturitas.

Still hoping that I will receive my parcel. Now is 4th of December and they said it was delivered in 28th of November.
I don't know what to do, order again these products from them, wait until I get a refund or look for them in some other shop?

I ordered some products from this shop which have never been even sent to me! Their tracker showed the products didn't leave the country of their origin. I wrote to the support and informed them about the problem. Since then, they started ignoring me. When I finally managed to reach them, I was asked to print out a special form, sign it IN A SPETIAL WAY in ink (!) and send it back to them. When I did that and asked for a refund, they seemed to have blocked me and stopped answering my letters. I managed to get my money back only with the help of my bank. I think the shop is not a real shop it looks like a scam to steal money. Please, read comments on them on the Internet before buying anything from them. If you are in Spain, where I believe their headquarters, a report to the police would be the best decision.

website is very buggy, couldnt order it at all from mozilla, chrome, edge or brave, I had to launch it from internet explorer for it to work, and it seems it the package was sent from Spain, however otherwise service was fine, good packaging and i received what i ordered within a week.

First time ordering from them and I'm happy with products and delivery. Will order again . Thanks

I have been ordering from Naturitas.ie since just after the pandemic started and have had a very positive experience with this website and the products.

I have ordered everything from supplement tablets, to food items. Some of the tablets include iron, seaweed, and magnesium. Everything I have ordered has been quality and at reasonable prices.

I initially started ordering here because I was looking for a thin pasta, vermicelli, that I was having difficulties finding for a meal I make called fideo. No joke, this pasta, made in France, produced the best fideo I have ever made. So I keep buying products here. And the shipping is pretty quick. I got my last order in less than a week.

The only reason I do not give it the full five stars is that the packaging is a bit much. Sometimes they overstuff the boxes for smaller items.

But I am happy with this website and their products. More people should support these independent companies over the big product websites.
