Fake advertisment, poor customer support
We did visit the furniture store with the family and we have decided to buy a bed that was on sale. The salesman confirmed the price even told us that sale is going to be for another week. We have returned one hour later and when we want it to pay we were told that Item is more expensive by 120 euro (600 lei). Supposedly the sale have ended 2 weeks earlier but the price was never changed. We asked the manager to honor the displayed price but he could not do it. We have called the Romanian headquarter but we were given an invalid phone number then told to send an email. Of course we had no answer. I do not recommend this store, not sure if I ever buy something and have a complaint how that would be solved.
