I had to raise 2nd complaints in a row because delivery drivers are too incompetent to deliver a package from A to B. After promising to speak to their customer service team to ensure this would never happen again, it continues to occur. I would give them zero stars but I'm forced to award a star so there you go again.

I have now placed two orders with Naturobotanica. Both were delivered promptly and were as described.
When the discount code I had been given for my second order wasn't accepted by the ordering system, I raised this issue. I received an apology and had the discount refunded to my PayPal account the next working day.
