Dear CNM College
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible experience I had at your amazing institution. Even though I studied online, I am filled with warmth and appreciation as I reflect on the knowledge, skills, and personal growth I gained during my time at CNM.
I became a student at the college when I had just become a first time mom, and I wasn't quite sure if it was the right decision at the time. However, I took the leap and the rest is history! I studied as a health coach, and I absolutely loved it! Not only did I gain knowledge to help others, but it also helped me navigate my own health journey as I was dealing with hormonal changes, weight issues, and exhaustion.
The modules and lectures were so well structured and easy to understand, even for someone like me whose first language isn't English. Although my course was online, I had the opportunity to visit the CNM college, and I must say it's an amazing place. The library is great, and the atmosphere is cozy, creating a comfortable environment for students.
I would like to extend a special thank you to Victoria Mudie, my tutor, who was always there when I had questions. Her professional yet friendly prompt responses made a world of difference. I would also like to express my gratitude to Linda Vezzoli, my coaching tutor, whose feedback on my coaching assignments was always straight to the point and accompanied by great comments that helped me learn and improve.
I am also very grateful to the CNM team in financial services. If it weren't for your support, I probably wouldn't be a health coach today. Thank you for making it possible.
These experiences have not only broadened my horizons but have also helped me develop a deep sense of confidence in my abilities. I would wholeheartedly recommend CNM to others and I personally plan to continue my own study and career development with CNM.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Elena K

Recently I completed the naturopathy diploma on-line course as an addition to my nutrition qualification. The content was engaging and it's proven to be a really useful addition to my practice. Excellent support from my on-line tutor was greatly appreciated. Loved it - highly recommended.

I first started my studies at CNM in 2018, studying Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy. I was looking for a career change, and my children were older and starting Uni. It seemed like the right time to learn something new. Now don’t get me wrong, it was a challenge. It’s part time, however there are thorough exams, assignments, and lots of research to do.
However, it was one of the greatest achievements of my life, and I’m so glad I did it. It was stressful- what 3 year course training you to look after someone’s health, safely, wouldn’t be? This is a highly regarded specialism and you are trained to a high standard.
The clinics are particularly interesting, both observing other practitioners, and learning how to do a thorough case-taking and finding the root cause of someone’s health concerns.
I graduated and now practice in my own clinic, and have since returned to CNM to train in Bach Flower remedies, a foundation in Kinesiology, and recently the clinic supervisor programme, helping to support other students and increasing my clinical experience.
Training here just opens a world of learning that is constantly evolving. There is always so much to learn!
It’s lovely to know that I have stayed friends with my cohort, having formed some lifelong friendships with whom we now share our knowledge and recommendations together.
If you are interested in health and well-being, this is a great place to study. Just be prepared to put in the work.

When I studied at CNM, I thoroughly enjoyed the nutrition course. Like any learning, you have to put the effort in and you are rewarded a lot. Since graduating I have practised in clinic and also teach, a career that I probably would not have dreamt of 10 years ago. You have to make it your journey and really embrace all of this knowledge.

I love CNM! I studied the Naturopathic Nutrition diploma and graduated in March of this year. What I learnt changed my whole life and lead me to the root cause of my acne and other symptoms. I now have my own business supporting other women on their journey to improve acne. I’m also studying the Naturopathy diploma to further my studies. The payment options for CNM are also really acceptable for most people. Would highly recommend.

I’ve loved studying online - the support has been amazing and I love the flexibility. Having studied a degree before, this is so much more engaging and practical in focus. Thanks CNM 🙏

If you enquire about a course, they will respond on the same day - asking you to set up a phone call with them, hounding you with "last minute" offers.
When you enrol and send an enquiry email (i.e., once they have your money) they take WEEKS to reply, and are often very unhelpful.
I did biomed here, I will be doing my Nutrition Diploma elsewhere as they don't care about students - they care about money, and prestige - but mostly money.
Edit: Their response says they have a team waiting to help - I submitted an enquiry to student services almost 4 weeks ago and only just received a reply. Members of my cohort have had the same experience. When I called as it took long to get a reply, they said they were "overwhelmed with enquiries vs staff", yet they are able to prioritise sales which is unfortunate.
A lot of the more negative reviews do all seem to centre around their attitude to profit, so I am unfortunately not alone.

Not the place to study. Please if your thinking of studying nutrition do not study with CNM. You pay thousands just to watch videos on their online course, and that’s about it. Help from the staff is via email and you wait sometimes weeks for a reply. Usual the reply is basic or sarcastic just referring you back to the online Portal. The school has no consistency with information. You can ask the same question and receive two different replies in regards to course work or clinic format or any academic subject. The course is marketed at part time but it’s all consuming and no where near part time. Do not be trapped. The sad thing is if you require more time you are charged. You are pretty much charged for everything additionally. This is a money making business not a institute that cares for health. You will finish the course stressed and exhausted. Better to find a course which offers a real degree in a professional environment.

Just started - loving it so far. Being online makes it accessible for me and the information and lectures are mindblowing. Its quite tough going and there is alot of information to learn and understand, but my diet is already changing with my new knowledge so I know the hard work will pay off in terms of my health as well as future career.

The response to review from an Anonymous person is a lie. No course was cancelled 4 days before a start date, no transparency given and no information asked for several times. They don't record their calls so their dishonesty is your word against theirs. The same response has been given to another review from a different person named 'consumer'. they clearly have their customers mixed up or simply make up responses. Either way showing again their dishonesty and how this college is one that can not be trusted!
Response given on 2 different reviews below -
We are very sorry to read your accounts of your experience. I have looked into this in depth and can see that the College has worked tirelessly to find a solution to assist you and have continued to be transparent throughout, discussing everything in detail. You were offered a review of your situation based on providing standardly required information but sadly you have not provided this despite being asked several times. Unfortunately it is not possible to cancel a course at such short notice 4 days prior to the start of the course as this impacts on the College’s ability to operate as a training provider and continue to deliver our courses.
You do have the opportunity to cancel a course, as was explained in your enrolment terms and in the two following emails that were sent to you, in which it was highlighted this needs to be a minimum of 2 months before the course starts.
However, in appreciation of your individual circumstances and as has been expressed in our correspondence with you, we are very willing to work with you and have offered an extremely reasonable and fair financial solution and are also happy to assist by offering time out from your studies so that you can resume your course once able to do so at a later date.
We remain committed to supporting you and enabling you to complete your studies.
Studying with CNM Dublin and I am basically in love with all the mind blowing information, the clear structure of teaching and the exciting opportunities that are on the horizon for whoever studies with CNM . The college is very accessible and while enjoying your study you can stroll around beautiful Dublin in your breaks !! Definitely recommend CNM and I wish I could have done this earlier in life !!! Go and get yourself a healthy and free life !

A high quality of educational material, lectures and supervisors. Requires commitment and dedication but is worthwhile and rewarding. Completed Naturopathic Nutrition after 3 years and feel equipped with the knowledge and clinical experience needed to start practicing with clients. An investment into your future career and personal health and wellbeing.

I couldn't recommend CNM enough. I've always felt supported all throughout my studies and for me, what makes them stand out is the CNM clinic. I learned so much during my clinical hours, that when I opened my own clinic, I felt ready, competent, empowered and fully prepared. If you are looking to start a nutritional journey you have found the right place.

Would give no stars if allowed to. Read Terms and Conditions with a fine toothcomb, they are dispicable. Have had terrible experience with them to the point of suicidal feelings and have had to contact GP. They rush you into enrolling and then if you need to cancel due to extreme circumstances they will not allow you to do so; the time to do so passes as you are rushed into enrolment so fast. They do not care about peoples health and wellbeing, just money, stay well away. Can totally believe the previous reviews where it has been stated they still find ways to get extra money out of you even when paid in full. You are hassled if you enquire about their courses with constant emails and calls. They employ rushed sales tactics saying the places are likely to all go and you’ll miss out but then find out weeks later there are still places on the courses, especially online ones right up to the date the course starts. Disgusting college.

The education a student receives at CNM is thorough, well-prepared and delivered in a variety of ways to suit individualised learning. From online tutorials and lectures, to in-person classes and hands-on clinic practice, you finish your training with CNM with an ability to be able to apply the knowledge of nutrition, diet and lifestyle to enhance health and wellbeing. Added to this, the course is delivered to a very high standard, the topics are engaging and eye-opening.

Consulted with CNM regarding the Nutritional Therapy course and was given completely false information over the phone. As soon as the deposit was paid communication stopped and I had to chase for the timetable and other bits of information. As I did so it became apparent that they had not been truthful regarding attendance requirements - I had been told that it was quote 'every other Friday in person' - this was then retracted after I had signed up and I was told it was every week initially. Additionally I also then learnt that they fail you if you miss more than 2 lessons - unless you spend time and money commuting to London to make these up (which I have written evidence to show).
I only signed up to CNM due to the original information that was given verbally - I have since asked for the telephone recordings on multiple occasions yet they refuse to do so. They have refused a refund even though they have acted illegally by mis-selling their services.
I am now having to take legal action.
On further investigation - the reviews here (the ones buried under those done by students who are told to do so) illustrate that this is not an unusual occurrence and that in fact CNM conduct themselves like this consistently.
As well as the money lost I had changed aspects of life so that I could study - they have caused undue stress and upset which is ironic given what they are meant to teach.

Studying with CNM has been truly life changing for me. The naturopathic nutrition course provided me with a wealth of knowledge and equipped me with the tools to be able to make a full recovery from CFS. The course takes a natural approach to health underpinned by naturopathic principles. It showed me that there is an alternative route to healthcare. All the learning is supported by a scientific and evidence based approach.

I love CNM, it is a very professional college. The only platform is very professional, easy to understand and follow alone. You get a lot of help which is what I need coming from a background of not liking education. The lecturers are excellent they put a lot of time in this which is inspiring.
I am loving this course so much
Thank you CNM
