Awful service
Awful service - I'll go as far as to say they're a scam as they give you ridiculously long delivery windows (2 months) and then never follow up with an update. Twice they've given us a dispatch date after chasing them numerous times and both times the sofa was not delivered, only for us to chase again and hear it's still in production! I don't even know if I'm ever gonna get this sofa after all these months.
