IOSH Course
I have just completed the IOSH course with Matt through Mentor.
Matt was a great tutor.
I was definitely apprehensive about completing course.
The course was engaging, informal, easy to access and follow via Zoom.
I have gained a lot of knowledge and information from the course.

Very helpful and enjoyable course
The course was really helpful, group work really helped consolidate knowledge and it was really good to discuss topics with others from different industries.
Our trainer, Matt was really professional and helpful.
The course was relaxed and informal which put everyone at ease and which I'm sure helped our learning too.

Just completed my IOSH grading and exam…
Just completed my IOSH grading and exam with Mentor. Yet another great experience using this platform. Course was engaging and easy to follow. Our instructor Matt well educated, engaging and helpful. Mentor as a complete platform over the past 6months has been great for our business.

Really good course if you're new to health and safety and have a responsibility as a business owner/manager. Really learnt a lot and the course delivery was very good whilst being relaxed and engaging. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant course
I have learned a lot while doing my Managing Safely course, Matt has been great and the course is simple to follow and understand. I was worried before starting that I would get bogged down with lots of information I didn't understand but that isn't the case. They make sure you understand everything before moving onto the next module.

Attended the IOSHHCourse with Matt. Delivery of the course was direct, relaxed but with a professional edge. The Course involved 95% active participation which i felt this maximised my H&S knowledge retention. Very active learning taking place contstantly - Would highly reccomend this course

NatWest Mentor is great!
We have been using NatWest Mentor now for a couple of years. Extremely easy to set up and straight forward for the staff to use. The Mentor team are great to work with. We now have all our contracts up to date for all staff and stored within their personnel records, holiday and absence records are all easily accessible and staff can see when their team are out of the office. There's a wealth of information within Mentor and its great 'peace of mind'. I would thoroughly recommend.

They are the HR friend who listens, understands and then provides researched knowledge, advice to support with needs of service delivery paramount. Guiding the solutions to address any staff issues with a positive outcome. Could not do without them.

Very Poor service would stay well away from them they only interested in your money. They do not return your calls this is before and during the pandemic,
I would recommend reading the T/C very carefully as they have a few get out clauses for them self's which they do not mention.
