Nightmare company with its e-commerce operations Part II

After my review on 2/17/2026, I received a call on 2/18 from a woman who identified herself as 'Ingrid' and she was a customer service supervisor. Despite being told on Feb 17th, that the overnight shipping charge would be refunded for lack of fulfillment, it had'nt happened yet. Ingrid promised me that she would immediately refund the $25 for overnight shipping (why the wait?) and that if the package did not arrive on Feb 18th, she would refund the rest of the amount, without needing me to call back again. Well, the package did not arrive on Feb 18th and I left town early Feb 19th. Since then I have not heard from Nautica either by email or otherwise. Neither was the remaining amount $115 refunded till yesterday, so I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. Why is Nautica's customer service so disingenious? Ingrid said three times during that recorded conversation that the amount would be refunded if the package did not arrive on Feb 18th and yet nothing happened. Doesn't Nautica's management have any sense of the harm that they are doing to their own brand by allowing such ineptitude to occur repeatedly?

I bought 5 shirts I having a problem with the tags rubbing my side. It was very uncomfortable,my skin was red with scratches. Please move your tags or make it really easy to tear, because I have cut it out I could've mess my shirts up. Y'all have really nice inventory and a wide nice clothing selections,please move your tags or make it easier to pull out. From a itchy customer.

very bad

very bad. I buy on Nautica.com. the Clothes not fit and I refund and order the news one. They never ever refund the shipping fee for me, it's $24. OMG and customer service is horrible.
I chat with them 2 time before they refund the money about they will refund shipping fee and NEVER see it.
That why I doubt why they DO NOT send the chat to my email. They don't want give the proof.
Who the hell the CEO? $24 not make me poor but make me never ever order that brand again.

No power on jetski

We rent 2 jetski’s today, time after time we must wait another half hour, another 5 minutes. Than, one of the machines didn’t work fine. The power looks lost. They claimed that almost whole of the time the gas was full speed, but the jetski only went slow. Not an excuse or refund or extra time on another jetski. Very disapointing. As mentioned earlier, money in the pocket and done with it…

I am very disappointed with this brand…

I am very disappointed with this brand I thought this was great but it turned out very bad out of my imagination I wanted to gift it to someone but the product was half used as well as duplicate there was no fragrance coming from the scent name Nautica midnight voyage the packet was half teared of.

They will charge extra after your order is already placed with no explanation and never ship your product, stay away!!

I ordered two packs of underwear from the Nautica website and was charged almost $10 extra after I had already completed my purchase. This was not a shipping charge, as I had already paid $10 for shipping. They made no effort to explain these extra charges or to even provide me with an updated invoice. I placed this order on January 16th; it is now July 7th and the products were never shipped. This company tried to take more money from me than the agreed upon amount during purchase and walk away with my product, too. I had to do a chargeback just to receive a refund from this company with non-existent customer service. I will never purchase another thing from this fraudulent company and would strongly encourage you not to either. Your money is much better spent elsewhere, at a company that will actually deliver on their products. I will not be surprised at all to see this absolute failure of a company go into the ground very soon, if they're not there already.

Stay away from Nautica Underwear

I bought underwear from a local store, not the website. The first time wearing a pair the lining detached from the underwear. I reached out to Nautica and the gentleman that I have been dealing with has been great. I supplied pictures and all of the information he was asking for and he told me this would have to be handled through Dreamwear since I did not purchase from the website. He forwarded my information to Ming Chao, who is the sales report assistant. After waiting 3 days for her to message me, she said she would just issue a refund because at this point, every pair of underwear had done the same thing. She confirmed my address and said a check would be mailed. I waited 3 weeks and no check. I email Ming back and go several days with no response. I emailed the gentleman from Nautica back and he escalated my email. I finally here back from Ming and she apologizes and says the check will be sent out. It has been another 2 weeks and still no check. I understand they didn't need to refund me, and appreciate that they are, because you buy a product and expect to be able to wear it, but when they produce a flawed product, you truly hope they will do the right thing and either exchange the product or refund your money.

This is about Nautica Australia - terrible product and rude customer service

This is about Nautica Australia - online shops as I do not think they are related to physical shops (returns only via post and with a fee).
In general avoid - I ordered slim fit pants and while slim fit shows a size smaller in their chart than the normal fit pants, they end up sending you the normal size when you order (e. g. you order Large and you expect a 34 waist, but you receive a 36). They then tell you it was your fault - but actually you do not see the actual size until after you pay (e. g. You only see "Large"). I have exchanged at least 10 emails with the customer services. Their customer service is generally rude and blames you for their mistake. Here are some quotes from their responses - and for most of these emails I had to send a reminder twice to ask for a response as they were ignoring me: 1. "I have looked into your order please be advised that the size ordered is 36. " -> My response: But I ordered "Large", not 36. 2. After 10 days and me sending them 3 emails to ask them to respond they sent the following: "Please be advised that according to your order confrimation the size selected at checkout is 36" & " "Kindly provide us with a screenshot showing that you did select Large size 34 at check out" ->But I ordered "Large", not 36. There is no way to know the size until you pay. The scammers are also expecting you to take screenshots to keep as proof for every item you order. Is this Nautica we knew 30 years ago? No. 3. "Please be advised that on our end the size your selected at checkout is XL(36). Please provide a confirmation that you selected L(34). " -> Finally they realised you can not use numbers during the order and now they are changing the response (still your fault though) and ask for proof BEFORE the checkout (after you pay the Large becomes 36). But I ordered "Large", not "XL". 4. So I asked them to try and order a "Large" item to see what size they will get. They never responded! They are scammers.
After all this I left a review on their website and guess their reply: please contact our customer services team!

Return policy

I bought a pullover, I did not like the material.
When I tried to return this, they say you can only return this to Nautica store or ship us at your cost.
There is no store near me.
Hopeless customer service, never recommend this company to anyone!

How hard is it to do the right thing????

Long time and no longer a customer of Nautica. Ordered 2 t-shirts and wrong color sent, we all make mistakes, wasn’t prepared for the dumpster fire to follow. Called customer service and nitwit monkey one, woman who barely spoke English, told me I would have to pay for the return and if wanted the shirts I would have to reorder at MY expense (extra cost of shirts and shipping), yup I got mad and she was going to send a link for a shipping label, never received, and in this wonderful customer service experience she was all too happy to brush me off. So, like an idiot and trust me it will NEVER EVER happen again with Nautica, I reordered the shirts including a 3rd one, all 3 the same color as I wanted the first time. Received them and yup, wrong color again. Called customer service AGAIN, spoke to a guy, nitwit monkey two, explained the situation and asked him a simple question, what are you going to do to make this right? His answer was as brazen and brilliantly stunning as you could get, NOTHING, yup NOTHING!! His customer service finesse out did the 1st one. Long story short no sense in arguing with an idiot, so I wrote my experiences down in a review. In comes nitwit monkey three, who saw my review and through emails I started to get a glimmer of hope, the right thing would finally happen, I would FINALLY get the color shirts I initially wanted and ordered and PAID for. NOPE, she is just as bad as the first two. She has the NERVE to tell me darker green what color I keep getting is the SAME color as the light green I ordered and wanted, in so many words I got what I ordered and case closed and to insult my intelligence even more and to blow me off here is a worthless coupon for 20% off my next order, am I supposed to jump and down in excitement and gratitude. How about doing the right thing and resolving my order that I feel at this point is more intentional than a mistake. At this point I am DONE with Nautica and do not trust a company that screws not one but a 2nd order and then treats you like absolute crap and refuses to take ownership of the problem and makes things right. I called customer service this morning and asked to speak to this this 3rd nitwit, Alejandra L and explained whom I was and we had been emailing each other and if I could speak with her and was put on hold, the rep came back to the phone and said Alejandra L did not take calls and if I wanted to talk to her I needed to communicate by email that she could ignore and delete like she never received. Obviously she didn’t have her big girl britches pulled up and used the rep to let her hide behind her computer. At this point I don’t see ANY resolution to this problem, but that’s ok Nautica, not that they care, has PERMANENTLY lost my future business, money and brand loyalty along with other family and friends, I have shown a number of people a shirt I have that I have and am trying to order and the ones they keep sending, EVERYONE has said their IS a difference in a color and Alejandra L is obviously color blind or ignorant. You don’t belong in customer service as you have NO interest in resolving simple customer problems, luckily for you I am not your boss because you would be FIRED. May I suggest you get a job cleaning bathrooms at Taco Bell so you are not exposed to customers. I hope your bosses see this and objectively look at this for what it is, you not only dropped the ball on purpose, you refused to correct a simple customer service issue and make things right and drove a long time loyal customer away. It’s interesting when the main numbers to Nautica are out of order, no higher ups can be reached or left messages with, no wonder employees are so rouge

Don't order from Nautica! Ever!!

Ordered 5 items. Received only 4. First tried to resolve the issue with an email to customer service. Got nowhere. Then decided to call. Explained the problem to the agent. She said there was nothing she could do. I said, yes YOU CAN SEND ME THE MISSING ITEM!!
She said she couldn't do that. I asked for another agent or her manager. Unbelievably, SHE DISCONNEDTED ME!!
I will NEVER buy anything from Nautica again!!!!

I wished I'd checked this website…

I wished I'd checked this website beforehand...
I bought 5 items online and the fit was all over the place. 2 of the items fitted. The others were way too big with one of them big enough for me and my wife to fit into. Sad to see an iconic brand fall apart.

Worst Customer Service Ever, I called him but a problem with my coat and they gave me nothing but a very bad time they are disgraceful. I will never buy another Nautica in my life again. Material on coats are not like they used to be complete junk.

Order process promises discount that you don't receive.

My grandson purchased a Nautica t shirt, when he washed it the dye ran and the t shirt was ruined.
I decided to purchase another one for him online. When I ordered it, there was an option to receive 15% off your first order by leaving your email, which I did.
When I paid I did not receive anything off the price. I rang the company and was told I would be sent a promo code to receive the discount off my second order.
This is not what it said on the first order.
Very badly worded, will not purchase again from this website.
