Siempre contestaban que en cuanto les llegase me lo enviaban (vendieron producto que no tenían en stock). El producto bien y a buen precio, pero los plazos de entrega e información facilitada muy mejorable.
Tenía dudas sobre qué kayak comprar y en todo momento me asesoraron. Incluso me recomendaron un kayak más barato que el que tenía en mente porque no consideraban que debía pagar tanto para el uso que le iba a dar. Les doy un 10 y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Compre una tabla de Paddle surf marca Aztron, después de tener una muy mala experiencia el verano pasado en Nauticmar.
Aunque me tardo en llegar, la atención telefónica recibida cada vez que llame para preguntar, fue exquisita.
Por ahora la tabla funciona correctamente. El invento o leash venía deshilachado por el velcro desde el primer día, pero no he reclamado porque tenía muchas ganas de usarla.
Por ahora muy recomendable, y encima es una empresa de España, que en caso de reclamar seguro que lo facilitan todo.
