I am filing a complaint against Nava Health for ongoing billing issues, lack of transparency, and failure to deliver promised services.
I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice—I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons.
More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for “free” monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. This happened multiple times.
In February 2026, I clearly declined to renew my membership, yet both memberships were still charged. One was refunded, but the other was only partially refunded. Nava claims I “used services” on February 28, 2026; however, that appointment was originally scheduled for February 21 and had to be rescheduled by Nava due to staff illness. The only available date I could attend was February 28—after my membership ended. I should not be penalized for their scheduling issue.
After reviewing other complaints, it is clear this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues.
I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200, and written confirmation that my membership is fully canceled with no further charges.
If I could give a zero, I would. This company is relentless and sales calls me at least 3 to 4 times a day trying to get me to sign up with them. This company is the worst! I would not sign with them under no circumstance due to their tactics and ethics. Asked to be taken off their call list and they change their number and continue to call EVERY DAY. They generate a number that is the same as your prefix number and continue to attack you with calls. This says volumes about this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
This is a pure sales operation. Will push for blood tests, infusions and hormone therapy no matter what the issues or needs are. It’s a machine with no human touch. They r all trained to maximize each reps earnings. Can’t believe governining agencies haven’t shut it down.
I had a bad experience with this company. The doctor avoided me when I started having problems. They just want your money.
Shelly made me feel at ease right away and I enjoyed my experience at Nava Medical, her professionalism, nice clean facility...would recommend to my family and friends
I've usually been happy with NAVA. The only service I use them for is HRT. A while ago they introduced a new membership scheme (very expensive) then rolled it back, which I thought was smart. Well, no. It's back. They are basically increasing the cost of my HRT service by $1k or more each year; either through the addition of the membership fee (if I choose to pay it), or the amount I have to pay for it as a "non-member." The reasoning behind the new memberships fee is that now members can get all the doctor visits, labs covered without having to mess with insurance. This works as long as your health insurance wasn't paying for those doctor visits or labs. Problem is my insurance does pay for my doctor visits and labs. So now I get to pay twice: once for my health insurance and second for the NAVA services. There is absolutely no value add that I receive from buying a NAVA membership. I don't care how they spin it, I am just paying much more for the same service. I would respect them more if they just said, "The cost of HRT is going up. Now it cost X."
I had a very negative experience with Nava Health. They misrepresented which services would be covered by insurance — even routine things like bloodwork — and then, months later, charged my credit card unexpected fees for services that were never even provided. Their main focus seems to be on upselling high-cost, out-of-pocket services and products you don’t actually need. Providers at the clinic also seem to change frequently, making it hard to get consistent care. I strongly recommend staying away from them.
I’ve been a member of Nava Health for a year and five months, and it’s been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Throughout my membership, they repeatedly changed their pricing without any advance notice, leaving me to discover surprise charges on my own. Then they suddenly stopped accepting insurance again, with zero communication, and when I purchased a membership for another year this was not mentioned AT ALL! That alone would be enough to walk away, but it gets better.
After three months of dealing with constant scheduling issues and the inability to access the services I was paying for, I requested to cancel my membership and receive a prorated refund. What followed was an entire month of vague, unhelpful email responses, as they bounced me around and delayed resolution. Finally, after wasting my time and patience, they flat-out denied my request.
If you’re thinking about joining Nava, save yourself the headache. Transparency and accountability are clearly not part of their business model.
Great until they mess up submitting to insurance for labs. I received a bill from labcorp after agreeing to labs for heart health. I have health insurance and had already met my deductible. They submitted to labcorp under Florida because it was a telehealth visit even though labs were drawn in maryland and my providers are all maryland. The bill is over $4300 because of the mistake. For months I have called and requested resubmit under maryland. I was assured it was resubmitted however the didn't do a revocation of the previous submittal so I still have a $4300 bill hanging over me. You can no longer speak to billing directly only to a service rep who submits a ticket to nava billing and supposedly will call you back within 72 hours. I've called approximately 10 times and only received 1 call back. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! and I'm still getting bills and collection notices from labcorp for their mistake. I'm in tears, this shouldn't be this hard!!!! I called again today 3/19 after receiving yet another labcorp bill only to be met with the same run around. I asked for a manager i was told they'd call me back... we'll see!!!!!
It was a good run. I had been a loyal customer since 2014, but over the past several months, the customer service experience declined significantly. Not only was the support unhelpful, but they also falsely accused me of multiple things. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to terminate both my service and membership. Their loss will certainly be someone else's gain. I’m relieved to be done with them...turns out, I won’t miss what I never truly had in the first place. Loyalty should be a two-way street, and I have no interest in investing in a company that doesn’t value its customers. Sometimes, an ending is just a new beginning.
I contacted the Nava Center to do an endocrinology consultation. They sent me several forms to fill prior to my visit. In one set of forms, they have included a form about becoming a member and paying a monthly/annual/fee. If you click the agree button, you agree to all forms including the membership. Strangely, they required a bank card for their record which made me suspicious of withdrawn money automatically after pushing the agree button since there was no way you can separate that form from other forms included. I did not push the agree button, so I called. I was told the membership is optional, but the system did not say so. Also, during the call I asked by accident if they recognize the insurance I have since I provided the info/insurance card during my previous call and included it on the online forms. I was told it covers only the blood test since they do not recognize that particular insurance. This was a different practice from other clinics I have contacted for various health issues since they ask upfront what kind of insurance you have. If I was to go ahead with the visit, etc., I would have paid from my own pocket. I would be very cautious about this company.

I was able to get my detailed test. Overall good. But i didn't appreciate the price increase for Acupressure from $99 to $129 to $139 in may be 2-3 months. I had my appointment ahead of time , you do your pressure and you will get told the price increase at check out. Now the message went up the same.

This place is horrible. I was given hormones that caused hair breakage and discoloration. When I bought it to the doctor's attention he became short patient with me. They also gave me hormones synthesized from a pig even though I am a vegetarian. I asked them to cancel, they agreed to cancel and now they keep trying to charge my card anyway. Unbelievable
All my questions were answered. There were helpful suggestions given. I was listened to. I was not rushed. I got clarification on documents I received previously.

This place has been great for most of the time that I have been with them but unfortunately, they will no longer be accepting my insurance. I’ve had nothing but problems in the last several months. They are 10-15 mins late to the appointments I have set, I’ve had trouble with prescriptions and supplements. When I call about resolving my issues, there are more issues.

I sought treatment at Nava because I was experiencing extremely low energy and digestive issues. 11 months and a successful diagnosis and treatment of Lyme disease later, and my energy is the highest it’s been in a long, long time. My hormones are balanced. My digestive issues are gone, and my bloodwork is showing that the inflammation that my body was previously dealing with is coming down. And my Lyme levels are low enough to not be an issue. I’m now moving to a maintenance stage of treatment. I am grateful to the experts at Nava for guiding me through this process. I had seen so many specialists over the years, but Nava was the first to really get to the root of the issues.
